Tele365 is our collective name on our telephone exchanges from Mitel. Tele365 supports all forms of collaboration such as voice calls, video calls, chat and instant messaging, as well as audio, video and web meetings.

**What do you like best about Tele365?**

Easy to use and can be used on any device. The security is great, and the steps are simple for any user. It has lots of features to ensure the client understands and knows what is taking place.

**What do you dislike about Tele365?**

I did not find any really downside, as I was only a user from another between calls, never was anything beyond that.

**What problems is Tele365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This definintly helps connect and share the information securley with the indivudals who needed it the most.
