It has the best price-performance ratio. Also, the support team is very helpful. They respond to our problems immediately. **What do you dislike about Techsign?** The interface can be easier. We struggled to create the templates at the beginning. But thankfully the support team helped a lot. Now we don't have any problem. **What problems is Techsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are basically a motor delivery service and hire motor drivers seasonally. Our employment contracts are very long and detailed. We used to get the employees' signatures on paper. Storing the physical documents was a pain. Techsign's digital document management system solved this problem for us. We send the contract to the employee by SMS or email, and they sign after clicking the link. And storing these documents is not a problem anymore. ### 2. Techsign supports whenever we face a problem. **What do you dislike about Techsign?** Nothing so far, no problem. Everything is good for us. **What problems is Techsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are an ecommerce site, that brings together sellers and buyers. If there is a doubtful action on the seller's side, we suspend the account. And the seller has to verify their identity to make it active again. ### 3. Techsign directed us to the needed module to build a more affordable system. It is easy to use and affordable. **What do you dislike about Techsign?** I did not face a real problem. When I faced any problem, the team helped immediately and solved the problem. **What problems is Techsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were not sure that the freelancer we hired is the same person who access our system. We use different id cards to verify their identity, and Techsign updates its solutions when we need to add different id card types. We use end-to-end solutions that include OCR, liveness check, NFC, hologram and address control. **What do you dislike about Techsign?** We didn't face any severe problems till now. Whenever something goes wrong, the team helps us immediately. The support team is really helpful. **What problems is Techsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are an e-wallet firm that must identify our customers through their ID cards and biometric data. Our customers use different ID cards, such as passports, residence permits, driver's licenses, and national ID cards.
