Running an automobile business has a lot of moving parts. Yana DMS takes care of many submodules, helping me increase post-sell service satisfaction for my customers.

Being a tech solution system up-time is a very critical metric that is not up to the mark for Yana DMS. In the past, there have been system failures which were not addressed in due time.

**What problems is Technosoft Yana DMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In an automotive business, post-sales engagement is very important for customer NPS. However, a lot of spare parts, services, cleaning service providers are scattered across and hence Yana DMS helps us to bring them all together onto a single platform.
