They didn't ask for an upfront fee or retainer and their compensation was a percentage of the savings they got us. Tech Launch recently audited our bill and found a number of things that we had no clue were affecting our price so much. One of which was lines we forgot we assigned to employees who are no longer with the company. They renegotiated our rates with Verizon and we needed up saving 29% without having to switch carriers or do anything. They were incredibly knowledgable about how much we coudl save and what would get us the most savings. **What do you dislike about Tech Launch?** Honestly, my only regret is not find them sooner. We'd been overpaying for a while before we decided to look into a solution. The one task on our side was pulling the last 3 months bills and the contract for the audit, but they made that easy and reminded me exactly where to pull that info. **Recommendations to others considering Tech Launch:** I highly recommend that all businesses use Tech Launch and their expertise to get a better price on their business cell phone plans. They didn’t try to steer us anywhere except where we'd save the most. They also helped with the porting and stayed on top of it to make sure our service didn't get interrupted. And of course, their service was risk-free. There was no fee or retainer, they only got paid a percentage of the savings they got for us, so it was an easy decision to let them look. And they knew exactly what to look for and explained to us how we could get the most savings. We didn’t really have to do anything and we saved 50%. **What do you dislike about Tech Launch?** Nothing. Our experience was amazing from start to finish. **Recommendations to others considering Tech Launch:** If you've been with the same carrier for a long time, I'd strongly recommend at least letting Tech Launch take a look at your bill.
