Liveops helps us handle seasonal ramps and unexpected peaks in demand without having to rapidly hire and train new staff internally .That helps us maintain service levels during busy periods while keeping our internal teams from getting overwhelmed. LiveOps has a very simple and clean UI. It has just made us worry free as the load of customer support they have handled very efficiently. It's experienced team had effectively managed the communications between the stake holders.
