They got bids from AT&T and T-Mobile and they made recommendations based on what was truly best for us. They didn’t try to steer us anywhere except where we'd save the most. They also helped with the porting and stayed on top of it to make sure our service didn't get interrupted. And of course, their service was risk-free. There was no fee or retainer, they only got paid a percentage of the savings they got for us, so it was an easy decision to let them look.
