Teamtailors own transcription during meetings. I really don't like how everything is recorded and saved on the candidate card with no possibility to change anything in the transcription, and I would like to have the possibility to hide the transcript from the hiring manager because it can be some information in the conversation that they don't need to hear Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I greatly appreciate the speed with which I can manage the entire hiring process with Teamtailor. I like that it avoids wasting time and optimizes internal communication, which also makes it very fun to use. Additionally, I find it extremely useful to have the ability to access all documents, reviews, and candidate evaluations in a single file. We chose to switch to Teamtailor for the additional services it offers, such as self-booking, integration with the entire selection team, increased visibility of job postings, and faster interaction with candidates. - The UI is great, clean, modern, and visually appealing.

- It's very easy to navigate, and most features are intuitive. Whenever I needed help, the account manages, knowledge base articles, and customer support team were extremely helpful and responsive.

- The sourcing extension is helpful, but it doesn't parse LinkedIn data as effectively as expected. I checked with the customer support team, and they explained that this is due to LinkedIn data restrictions. While this may be outside Teamtailor's control, I've used other ATS platforms that were able to parse LinkedIn profiles more seamlessly. Since our team relies heavily on LinkedIn sourcing and reaches out to a large volume of candidates daily, the current process feels somewhat manual and time-consuming.

- Some features have limited customization options. For example, the interview kit description formatting, rating scale system, and certain career page settings cannot be easily modified without custom CSS.

Q does not allow "cloning" the organizational structure, in that it falls very short, nor is it a huge block today that it does not integrate with Oracle. Also, improve the visual of the offers, it does not allow scheduling virtual meetings with several people simultaneously and it does not allow blocking an internal person from applying on the external portal.
