**What do you like best about Teamfluence™?**

I love the focus of Teamfluence to build meaningful connections with LinkedIn contacts as to opposed to what every other tool is doing (mail blasting thousands of contacts and annoying them with automated messages).

For 2 years now I'm posting daily on LinkedIn and now I finally know what the results are in terms of who liked what, who commented the most, who are my most engaged followers etc.

The customer support is fantastic. I have had several meetings with staff regarding my individual setup. Even though the tool is very easy to set up, my CRM integration took some adjustments which they helped me with.

Since Teamfluence basically generates new leads on autopilot for me now (= contacts I interact with on LinkedIn frequently) I use it multiple times a week to create new contacts in my Zoho CRM.

**What do you dislike about Teamfluence™?**

It's quite a new software, so obviously there are some features missing here and there. But that's not a real issue since they are exceptionally fast implementing new features.

Before Teamfluence --> Post on LinkedIn, hope for the best
After Teamfluence --> Post on LinkedIn and harvest all the leads that are engaging with you

**What do you like best about Teamfluence™?**

I was able to connect all my team and generate new connections and map everything into a CRM

**What do you dislike about Teamfluence™?**

Sometimes it is not as intuitive as it should, for example when extracting the data (for reports) you need to connect your webhook instead of downloading a csv directly.

**What problems is Teamfluence™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having duplicates leads for several SDRs and also for mapping a clear strategy for lead generation it benefits me because I can see the potential leads around all our network combined.

For lead generation and ABM, we are using this tool to track our prospects activity on Linkedin. Moreover, the engagement with our posts and how that translated into our marketing and sales strategy thanks to their KPI's dashbooard.
