My company has been using Team Central since its inception, and we heavily rely on the application for complex integration needs. I am our company's sys admin for Team Central, managing configuration, day-to-day support, and troubleshooting integration errors across systems. We integrate Team Central with multiple SaaS products such as Microsoft Dynamics and Active Directory, Oracle's Netsuite and OpenAir, and Degreed just to name a few. The platform handles multiple encryption types, various access types, and everything from standard API calls to SFTP transfers. Team Central leverages Microsoft Azure, which allows for convenient message monitoring, helping us to get ahead of any errors that might be occurring due to faulty data entry by end users. Team Central also has a low-code/no-code front-end that gives users with little development experience (myself included) the tools they need to succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming from an organization that used SFTP transfers for all integrations across SaaS products, I am very pleased with how this product and have very little negative to say.
