## About Central
Central iPaaS is the foundation for MCP-enabled Agentic Enterprise AI. Built as a no-code integration and data management platform, Central is purpose-designed to unify and govern data across modern enterprise systems—including commerce, ERP, CRM, eComm, MES, EDI, finance, operations, and HR. With pre-built connectors for platforms such as Shopify, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Salesforce, and more, Central accelerates automation across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and HR while dramatically reducing integration complexity. At its core, Central uses an event-driven, hub-and-spoke architecture—often described by customers as their enterprise “central nervous system.” Connectors continuously monitor data changes across systems using APIs, webhooks, and file-based methods, publishing events into the Central hub through a secure messaging engine enriched with referential metadata. This creates a shared, authoritative context that can be safely exposed to AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Central connectors function as intelligent, pre-defined endpoints that filter, transform, and route data based on business rules. Without code. Multiple connectors can operate simultaneously, publishing and subscribing to events through the hub to orchestrate cross-system processes in real time. The result is a platform that is simple, efficient, highly scalable, and resilient, while remaining cost-effective to deploy and maintain. This architectural approach stands in contrast to traditional iPaaS solutions that rely on step-based workflows, batch processing, database triggers, or tightly coupled point to point API calls. **What do you like best about Central?**

My company has been using Team Central since its inception, and we heavily rely on the application for complex integration needs. I am our company's sys admin for Team Central, managing configuration, day-to-day support, and troubleshooting integration errors across systems. We integrate Team Central with multiple SaaS products such as Microsoft Dynamics and Active Directory, Oracle's Netsuite and OpenAir, and Degreed just to name a few. The platform handles multiple encryption types, various access types, and everything from standard API calls to SFTP transfers. Team Central leverages Microsoft Azure, which allows for convenient message monitoring, helping us to get ahead of any errors that might be occurring due to faulty data entry by end users. Team Central also has a low-code/no-code front-end that gives users with little development experience (myself included) the tools they need to succeed.

**What do you dislike about Central?**

Coming from an organization that used SFTP transfers for all integrations across SaaS products, I am very pleased with how this product and have very little negative to say. Team Central is a small organization currently and could benefit from growing their customer base.

**What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrate Team Central with multiple SaaS products such as Microsoft Dynamics and Active Directory, Oracle's Netsuite and OpenAir, and Degreed just to name a few. **What do you like best about Central?**

I like the pre-built integrations that we can chose from and the the time that the team puts into updating the UX based on feedback.  We have had an issue with a UKG integration for years that was solved with Central in a few weeks.

**What do you dislike about Central?**

The Central UI does not currently allow the user to search for a record by a characteristic.  I must open each record that was processed that day unless I have access to the database which will not included in the security profile for all users.

**What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central is solving an issue with a UKG integration that was critical for the adoption of a global EHS tool.  The integration eliminated the need for a custom integration that would have taken several months to develop and even longer to test.  The EHS software implementation solved a compliance issue.

**What do you like best about Central?**

I enjoyed working with my Project Manager, Patrick Sawyer, and how responsive he and his team were to all of the speed bumps we ran into in getting our system set up. NCT is a growing small business, and we have grown large  enough to do business with more corporations that utilize EDI connected to an ERP system. We are learning ourselves the capabilities of our new ERP system, and had little to no knowledge of EDI when we bought the system. TeamCentral talked me though the EDI process in a way that was understandable to me, was honest when they weren't sure of a solution, and worked hard to find that solution and keep me updated every step of the way. I liked how open and honest my project manager was - because it helped give my staff here realistic expectations about what was going on. He also helped me talk to them about what was going on in an understandable way. Overall, I enjoyed the open and honest relationship I had with my project manager, how much I learned from them about the proces itself, and their drive to learn themselves and solve problems in a quick and efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about Central?**

I suppose my only dislike is something you can't get away from with a startup small business - in that they are still learning. If we had gone with a company more experienced with EDI file transfer and our ERP system I may have been able to get more expert advice rather than a mutual learning experience. I don't know that I'm necessarily upset about that because the customer service experience was so great  - but if I had to pick something it would probably be that lack of expertise.

**What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple customers that want to communicate their production schedules via EDI file transfer into our ERP system. Central used our ERP's API to map how the file would be translated into our ERP system. They receive the file, run it through their system, and it gets filtered into our system. Essentially, they are helping us fulfill a customer demand and helping us understand how that process works. It benefits us because it allows us to do business with bigger businesses that utilize this system so that we can continue to grow.

**What do you like best about Central?**

Central's monitoring app is very useful to find and resolve any errors with our integrations. Their team is very knowledgable, kind, and easy to work with. We use Team Central daily so it has been a game changer to be able to see and resolve errors on our own.

**What do you dislike about Central?**

I wish there was an easier way to find the exact message for an error log without diving into the code response. I believe they are working to provide a more streamlined report.

**What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business has 50+ locations all operating independently, Team Central is able to take all the unique requests/operating systems and fold them into our main system (NetSuite) for full enterprise use.

**What do you like best about Central?**

They have excellent customer support.  They are a great group of people who are very responsive to customer needs.  They are passionate about their product and are actively working to evolve and enhance it.  The team has been willing to partner with us to build new connectors to extend the tools ability to integrate with additonal systems.

**What do you dislike about Central?**

Product is still new and on the less mature side.  There are not a lot of people in the marketplace who have experience with the tool, so it's not easy to find people who can create new integrations with it.

**What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a number of disparate systems in our ecosystem.  We utilize Central to tie them all together, so that we can perform complex business process with less manual intervention.

They were really easy to work with and great with communication & followup.

**What do you dislike about Central?**

I can't think of any downside of using Team Central- they exceeded our expectations!

**What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having to do double entry since we use 2 ERP systems so the integration they built us allows us to only enter one time and keep records in both places. A money-saving win!

**What do you like best about Central?**

Working with Central significantly reduces the implementation timeline. We do not spend weeks integrating or gaining insights from data across disparate systems.

**What do you dislike about Central?**

Not every client is familiar with Central's technical concept, so it takes more time to gain buy-in at the start.

**What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration and Data Consistency can be challening when implementing CRM and ERP solutions and Central provides the ability to integrate quickly and provide greater insights as to what is and is NOT working. Central has helped us to gain deeper understanding of the process bottlenecks that often are not found until UAT testing or even post go-live.

**What do you like best about Central?**

Most of our needs centered around getting SAP Ariba to talk to Netsuite for a client. The team at TeamCentral were really good at taking us through the process, including testing. 99% of what we needed was in the pre-built connectors, and the 1% that was not they will provide a custom integration servicer for that.

**What do you dislike about Central?**

Early stage company challenges with standard vendor agreements, but otherwise great to work with.

**What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supplier management done thorugh SAP Ariba was not talking to our client's ERP, making data management a nightmare. Plus the turn around time was way too long for some simple requests like contract management updates.

Central just recently came out with an Admin tool that was very much desired.
