Recommendations to others considering TDXEnterprise:
I have plenty of great experiences with TDX, most notably with the ticket creation system itself. I was not hired into my company until after TDX was implemented, so I am not so sure on how the ease of setup was. Along with this, it allows us to easily communicate with users on their issues, and helps us resolve issues in a much more hasty manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
