**What do you like best about TDXEnterprise?**

TDX allows me and my co-workers to create tickets, tag needed users, and update the process without issues. 

**What do you dislike about TDXEnterprise?**

TDX seems sluggish sometimes, especially when submitting a ticket

**Recommendations to others considering TDXEnterprise:**

I have plenty of great experiences with TDX, most notably with the ticket creation system itself. I was not hired into my company until after TDX was implemented, so I am not so sure on how the ease of setup was. Along with this, it allows us to easily communicate with users on their issues, and helps us resolve issues in a much more hasty manner. 

**What problems is TDXEnterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work at a University and support all the classrooms on campus, and TDX allows users, such as professors, to submit tickets without problem and allows us to update them quickly
