## Humanity Schedule by TCP Reviews
  ### 1. Easy-to-View Scheduling That Keeps the Whole Team Connected

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzette K. | Hospital Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The schedule is easy to view and use from the user perspective. I also like that all staff members have access to phone numbers so they can call their fellow team members if they need a shift covered.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It is a little clunky in the day to day entry of schedules especially for team members who do not have set schedules. Overall the product is good and performs well. I have really struggled with the support, when something goes wrong it is hard to get to the right person to correct it.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very easy to use platform for our team to see when they are scheduled. It is easy for me to post open shifts and for them to pick them up, often helping to fill gaps in coverage.

  ### 2. The Backbone of Our Scheduling Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorraine P. | Campus Services Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Clear schedule access for everyone, plus it's helpful to have the mobile app as most of our team is the younger generation

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The platform needs a better library of updated video tutorials to simplify the onboarding process. Currently, I have to handle all the instruction myself, but I would much rather send new hires an official training link. Both the website and app would be far more helpful if they provided these clear, self-service video walkthroughs.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity serves as a reliable filter for scheduling noise, allowing my team to handle their own swaps while I prioritize high-level coordination. Automating the logic for shift trades saves me several hours of manual work every week. It has been a foundational tool for maintaining an error-free schedule and keeping our team's communication streamlined and professional.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thanks for the great feedback! Happy to hear it’s making a difference for your team. Love the idea of the self-service video walkthroughs. Will definitely pass that on to our product team.

  ### 3. Facilitates Staff Scheduling with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa B. | Administrative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like that with Humanity Schedule by TCP, staff can see their schedule even when they are not in the office and can trade shifts with other employees. The staff loves the app. I find the different ways to view the schedule to be tremendously helpful, whether looking at one employee, a specific location, or a type of employee.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

We would love a way to mirror our current process of the staff bidding for a shift, which will not work currently. Then we have to take what is created in the shift bid and import that into ShiftPlanning, which is not always an easy process.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to let staff see their schedules outside the office and trade shifts. It offers various ways to view schedules, making it easy to focus on specific employees or locations.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We love that your staff loves the app and that the flexible schedule views are making your life easier! We hear you on the shift bidding workflow — that's helpful product feedback and we'll make sure it gets to the right team. Reach out anytime!

  ### 4. User-Friendly with Room for Legacy Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find Humanity Schedule by TCP to be very user-friendly, making it easy to see everything I need to, train new people, and add or remove shifts, staff, and sites. I also appreciate the ease of setting up sites and staff, as well as the ease of posting open shifts, repeating shifts, and getting shift requests from staff.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I think they need to work on keeping legacy and not get rid of it, it does have bugs sometimes that they work on fixing but getting rid of legacy is the biggest issue so far.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Humanity Schedule by TCP makes it easy to post open shifts, repeat shifts, and manage staff requests. It's user-friendly, simplifies training, and allows easy adjustment of shifts, staff, and sites. Setting up sites and staff is straightforward.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for your review! Glad to hear Humanity Schedule is working great for you and your staff. I'll be sure to pass on your Legacy feedback. Thanks Kayla!

  ### 5. Straightforward, Easy-to-Use Tool for Daily Staffing Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ginger A. | Sr Manager, Training and Quality Assurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity is relatively straight-forward and easy to use. It's easy to read and understand, and we use it every day to check and maintain staffing levels.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It doesn't interface with our payroll provider, so our users have to clock in twice. Reporting is easy, but there is no way to automate repeat reports - running a timesheet summary every week is something that should be easy to schedule. Vacation summary reports to track callouts and a separate late report should be combinable.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a visible schedule that all employees and managers can access and view. Employees can easily see who is coming to work and who will be off on certain days, while managers can see the schedules of more than just their direct reports, which is a limitation for other products we use.

  ### 6. Efficient Scheduling with Cross-Platform Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find Humanity Schedule by TCP convenient as it saves time. I appreciate that it's easy to use and sends prompt notifications. I also like the cross-platform functionality, making it accessible on different devices. I get notices about shift changes, cancellations, and upcoming events directly on my phone, which allows me to select what I'm interested in. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Nothing, to be honest.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP because it's convenient, saves time, and is easy to use across platforms. I get prompt notifications about shift changes and events directly on my phone, which helps me stay informed and organized.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thanks for the awesome review Erik! Happy to hear how well Humanity Schedule has been working for you - that's what we aim for.

  ### 7. Effortless Scheduling, Needs Smoother Mobile App

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to make managing our team’s shifts a lot easier. It helps me keep track of everyone’s availability, avoid scheduling conflicts, and make sure we’re always covered, all while keeping communication simple. What I really like about Humanity Schedule by TCP is how easy it makes scheduling. I can quickly check everyone’s availability, make changes without stress, and keep the team informed, which makes managing shifts so much smoother. Setting up Humanity Schedule by TCP was pretty easy. Getting everyone added, creating shifts, and inputting availability took a little time, but once everything was organized, the system was up and running without any major headaches.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

One thing I wish was better about Humanity Schedule by TCP is the mobile app—it can be a bit clunky sometimes. Also, features like reporting and shift swaps could be easier to use, which would make scheduling even smoother.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to manage team shifts easily. It tracks availability, avoids scheduling conflicts, ensures coverage, and reduces last-minute changes. It also keeps communication simple, making day-to-day management much easier.

  ### 8. Effortless Staff Management but Training Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amr A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like how Humanity Schedule by TCP keeps our staff organized. I'm a fan of the schedule and HR features, as they save us time by keeping the team organized and having everything HR in one platform. The initial setup was easy and quick, and the support was always there to answer our issues.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The training module needs more work since it's basic and limited. It's not AI-powered, and the topics format is very limited.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity Schedule by TCP makes onboarding easier, keeps staff organized, and saves us time with all HR tasks in one platform.

  ### 9. My thoughts on Humanity Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Project Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Building a schedule is easy due to being able to repeat and set up in settings presets such as breaks, leave, etc.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The legacy shift planning view is still more helpful than the updated shift planning view

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been only using Humanity Schedule. It got a lot easier once I obtained more training

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for your review! Love hearing that scheduling has gotten easier with more training! And thanks for the feedback on Legacy - we'll make sure our product team hears that. Thanks Michael!

  ### 10. Keeps scheduling simple and stress-free

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bolaji A. | Service Desk Analyst, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I really like how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The scheduling is clear, updates in real time, and everyone on the team can see changes instantly, which cuts down confusion. It’s flexible enough to handle shift swaps, time-off requests, and daily reminders all in one place, making team coordination smooth.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit slower compared to the desktop version, especially when handling bulk updates or approvals. A few more integrations with tools we use daily would also make it even better.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity really helps take the stress out of managing shifts. Before, we’d often deal with mix-ups, last-minute calls, or delays in knowing who was covering what. Now, everything is clear in one place — I can see my schedule, swap shifts when needed, and get reminders so nothing slips. It’s cut down on miscommunication and given me more control over my time, which means I can focus better on my actual work and supporting the team.

  ### 11. All My Hospitals in One Place with Easy Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Most helpful is the ability to have all of my hospitals in one scheduling platform and the ease of switching back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Sometimes the software can feel "clunky" or somewhat outdated. And, there have been times where support was difficult to reach resolution

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

24/7 workforce scheduling - we have an internal system for a day practice that was not usable for 24/7; this has been instrumental for us.

  ### 12. Convenient Scheduling, Needs Better Mobile Fit

  ### 13. Streamlines Scheduling, Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like that the schedule is very easy to read and maneuver with Humanity Schedule by TCP. There are very few issues I have with it, which is great. It's also easy for me to use as a new employee.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find it very inconvenient that Humanity Schedule by TCP does not integrate with Workday. Since they do not talk to each other, I can't easily tell who hasn't punched in or who is not supposed to be at work. This makes it all have to be checked manually, which is really time-consuming.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity Schedule by TCP helps me track hours, manage employee schedules, and address conflicts with shifts and days off efficiently.

  ### 14. User-Friendly Scheduling with Efficient Responsive Support

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I do not dislike anything. The only issue we have had is when another location is added and it made us reactivate our accounts.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving payroll and performance as opposed to our other software. It also, allows us the schedule done completed and posted in a timely manner. Also, allows us to see PTO requests all in one place.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for the amazing review! It's great to hear how well Humanity Scheduling has been for you and your company. 😊

  ### 15. User-Friendly and Effective but Setup Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrice T.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like Humanity Schedule by TCP a lot because of its format and how it's set up. It's user-friendly, which is really why I like it.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The rejection for PTO doesn't give the employees a message to let them know that it's been rejected. I think that is something that they could definitely improve on. Setting up the supervisor profile was not easy. It was very challenging. It just took a lot of back and forth. I just think that they could sum that area down a little bit.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to ensure employees are correctly scheduled, which boosts productivity and ensures client coverage.

  ### 24. I would recommand TCP Humanity Scheduling software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lyanne P. | Officer, Visitor Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

We tried other systems (free) and came back to TCP Humanity Scheduling software. It meets our needs for our front line staff. We have been using this system for over 10 years.
Easy to use. Can enter notes for staff shifts. We like it!
It's easy to chat with a support staff at TCP Humanity when we do not know how to do something.
Lots of webinars offered to explain functionalities we do not use but that could be beneficial to our operations.
Bilingualism is important to us as we are a Crown Corporation.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Our pay system is Dayforce/Ceridian, and TCP Humanity can not interact, so I have to enter the schedule in both systems. It would be great if Dayforce/Ceridian was one of the systems that can interact with Humanity.

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I love that you can create an unlimited number of positions and that regardless of your organization's size you can accommodate many departments with various functions. It has a clean and easy to access mobile app that makes clocking in and out easy. We love that it is compatible with our Microsoft calender. Humanity's staff responds quickly when we needed them to. We use this software every day and for every event we host at our facility.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I wish that you could mark unavailability in bulk, and that there was an easier way to add positions to multiple people (especially with a large org).

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to see how many hours people are working, when people are off, and it helps us to keep our staff organized and knowing where they're going. This benefits us because it increases our efficiency as an organization and allows us to operate smoothly and serve our guests well.

*When an update is made it is flaged as an update and not a new booking
*Clear job discription when palcing a vacancy eg Operator ? Is it a Camera Operator or Audio Operator, Lighting Operator? Make it clear.
*An address can be a whole block. Please add specific meetiing point eg Loading Dock corner of A street and B street.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Not as user friendly as I would like in terms of reporting

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The options for making shift templates and color coding positions is very nice. It's easy to check employees timeclocks, and also the messaging works well for communication. There are many different ways to run reports on employees. The phone app is good.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Minor things are issues- if you accept a leave request is deletes anything the employee is scheduled on. Good in theory but we make Vacation a position, so this is annoying to me. When I make any changes or add a shift it used to update right away, but now I have to constantly refresh.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing many employees, and also for groups of employees that do different jobs, and different positions within those jobs.

  ### 36. Dependable Platform

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It is very dependable and has a lot of good, helpful features. It is easy to schedule employees and see availability. It is easy for employees to input their availability and request time off.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

There is not a way to compartmentalize by department within an organization, for example, being able to have departments named as such, with communication being able to go out to just department employees or organization-wide announcements going to all the departments.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving managing a workforce of employees with differing schedules so that I am able to see easily who is available for the shifts we need to cover.

**Reviewed by:** Rileigh L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I appreciate the use of color coding available for the scheduling! Having multiple departments, it's easier to see how everything balances. With the staggered printable view, it's easy to see where gaps are in the schedule so filling work shifts is accessible.

2/1/2024 Edit: Since this review, they have removed the color in scheduling and the printing feature is no longer accessible. It doesn't put the full information/show the name of those scheduled, nor does it allow you to print from the service itself.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I recently had an issue with the most recent update and how it looks on a printable PDF but with the help of a customer service representative, I was able to remedy the problem and use the "Shiftplanning Legacy" tab!

2/1/2024 Edit: I wish they brought back the "Shift Planning" Legacy tab. It was their best edit update and now the printing platform has performed terribly ever since.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem we've noticed was trying to find gaps in our schedules. When you have multiple scheduled, it can be hard to see where people aren't since it's a conglomeration of numbers. With Humanity, it's easy to program the schedule to find these gaps.

2/21/2024 Edit: This has not changed, I would still recommend Humanity for scheduling purposes.

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Hi, I'm working with Humanity on a daily basis as a planning analyst: I manage workforce planning for 12 countries (between 2 and 26 people each) weekly.

These are the most useful features for me:
- group slots for several people at once,
- availability h with conflict mode when you plan something during these h,
- an opportunity to add a title to slots which makes planning clear for the end user (my team members),
- templates that I'm using on a weekly basis while preparing planning for teams,
- possibility to give scheduler permissions (for employees) to positions that this employee should manage.

Also, a crucial part is analytics and reports. These are important features:
- position summary report with an opportunity to filter out empty shifts (in template planning I use them as notes),
- crib sheet report which helps me to store the planning outside humanity for further analysis,
- vacations and availability h reports that help me to get data about who was off and when.

Last but not least, the customer support of Humanity is always helpful, very kind, and to the point. Whenever I experience any issues, they resolve 100% of my issues. The tech side could be improved (pop-up dialogue and not a new window; fewer emails but rating right after the conversation; etc.). Other than that - great job!

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I would like to emphasize that there are a lot of improvements that Humanity already introduced during this year. It is great to see the tool is becoming more and more user-friendly.

There is still room for improvement and it would be great if these things would be added:
- when vacation is confirmed, I still could add the slots to the planning of the person (and then I have to delete them manually using name/day filters). That would be great if the system the way that if the vacation IS approved, all slots are unassigned automatically (even if added after vacation confirmation),
- Humanity and Google sync happens only once per 24h. If the synchronization is instant, that would make our experience way better,
- a small thing that makes the planning more user-friendly - the possibility to add an emoji to a title (currently, I could do it, but the emoji disappears once the planning is published).

Regarding the analysis:
- we really need the possibility to make a comparative analysis of the planning at the beginning of the week and the planning at the end of the week (comparison of position summary report). Here you can find an example sheet of our need (we shared it during the analytics session w/the product manager): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B6QkMdhvFSpUdYuKXo4ZS385PikaV8kNgrn0okzcFHY/edit#gid=207666335 This need is still on-going.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here are the major benefits:
- we have an overview of all tasks planned (time allocation, distribution). We do keep it clean and transparent for our teams and internal processes,
- we have a baseline for understanding the workload of our team members (position summary reports, crib sheet report); therefore, the possibility to make a further comparative analysis between planning data and forecasted data.

  ### 43. Scheduling Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly F. | Human Resources Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I love the versitality of TCP Humaity Scheduling, the many fuctions it offers and the support is top notch. I love that I can color code different departments to make it more appealing and easier to find a department scheduling needs. Humanity also puts open available shifts at the top so you can see where your holes are in scheduling. The fact that it calculates the time and adjust to daylight savings time with the hours makes payroll so much easier. The reports you can run help a lot, especailly the reports for attendance and late summary.
The support is top notch, if I have a question on how to do something they answer and help in a timely manner and also put in suggestions if they don't have that capability yet.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The downside for me and my company is the fact that the app is different depending on the phone you have. The app on the apple phone will let you leave a note while the app on the samsung/google phone will not let you leave a note and the accuracy of the map/clock in locations is different with each platform of the app.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to see where we have holes in our scheduling that needs to be filled. As it puts the open shifts front and center, so we do not have to go about sorting through the whole entire day of scheduling. I love the flexibility that workers can realease their shift and it goes out to all who are eligible to work that shift/department.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

the notification option on the app can be a little irritating because there are times when it will automatically reset that specific option and I sometimes forget to turn on the notification setting again on the app

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 46. It has made our scheduling process much more efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The auto-scheduling was our biggest draw to Humanity. We tried a few different solutions that either limited the number of shifts that could be automated at once, or were not robust enough to process our complex schedules. Humanity's automation handled all of our shifts (nearly 3000 per week) much better than the others. It was also easy to learn how to operate the software as most of the user interface is very intuitive. Particularly the filtering processes and different views you can use to examine the schedule in different ways. This also allowed for easy adoption for many of our employees and volunteers that needed to view the schedule in the app. Also, they have a chat system that can give you very quick customer service for questions that are not overly complex. This allows relatively simple problems to be solved very quickly. The system has a lot of features that can be manipulated in ways not explicitly intended that helped us implement it for our needs. That flexibility and customization was key for us.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

While the customer service is very quick and responsive for simple questions, it can be a bit lacking when the questions get more complex. Our "contact person" in the company, who we are meant to reach out to for problems that could not be solved by the live chat function, has changed at least once and we were not notified for quite some time. Additionally, we were told to put in feature requests on a community website, but were not able to do so. When we asked about this we were told to email a list of them to our new contact person instead. It seems that they need to improve communication in their organization to avoid this sort of confusion in the future. The system also has the tendency to glitch at random times. They are usually not devastating glitches, as there is almost always a workaround but they are definitely frustrating and result in some lost time. For instance, the total weekly hours for employees will randomly disappear in shiftplanning. This can usually be fixed by reloading the page, but it disrupts your workflow. A more damaging example is when disabling employees interfered with the schedule template function. I tried to paste a previous schedule that had disabled employees in it and the shifts they were assigned to did not paste, so I had to manually remove them from those shifts to get the schedule to properly paste. Granted, bugs are a normal part of software development, and they are generally good about providing regular maintenance updates. However, it would not be an honest review without mentioning these issues as they are unfortunate parts of an otherwise good experience.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For approximately 4 months of the year, we have to schedule 4000 shifts each week. Our needs our quite particular as we do what is called micro scheduling, so our employees and volunteers work many different, smaller shifts throughout the day rather than standard 8-hour shift scheduling. This means we have a smaller amount of employees in the system than one would otherwise expect for that number of shifts, and the number of moving parts in the schedule is quite difficutlt to manage. We did not have scheduling automation in the past, which made this task quite arduous. Humanity's robust automation has saved us a tremendous amount of time that we used to spend on assigning to employees to shifts. Now we just manage our shift templates, skill qualifications for certain shifts, and weekly hour limits for our employees and the automation creates most of the schedule. As the primary scheduler, this has given me much more time to work on other projects within the organization. The fact that the schedule is fully shared and digital now is excellent for live updates. I no longer have to inform the entire organization of last-minute schedule changes during the week or reprint schedules. I can just tell them to refer to the desktop or smartphone app. I did not realize how much time I previously wasted doing that.

  ### 47. Amazing service and quality products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Museums and Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Having the ability to have all of the tools on any web enabled device is key for an organization like ours. With so many moving parts, its great to have it all there.

The applications are simple, easy to use and very well laid out. You don't have to go digging through menus and various different areas to find what you need.

The customer support is out of this world- they always answer quickly and I've never waited more than a couple of hours for a resolution. They have such helpful technicians to walk you through more difficult setup.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I've submitted a couple of enhancement requests that I would like to see, but its not a dislike more like room for improvement.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly the quick communication to staff and reminders are huge. We used to manually send reminder emails and that is no more.

We are not emailing back and forth with staff about open shifts- they pick it up right from the app.

  ### 48. Easy, Streamlined, Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find the flexibility of both desktop and app to be very helpful when updating schedules while I am away from my desk. The app UI is generally easy to use, although the desktop/website version is where the program really shines with a variety of filters and view options. After a learning curve, the program is more robust and helpful than I first expected. I had a question and the customer support was prompt and friendly. I use this program daily while scheduling for a catering service and the flexibility to move and reassign multiple aspects of each shift is easy to master. I appreciate the integration between the app and the program

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I don't like that it is easy to pick up a shift by accident in the app, while trying to manage it instead. I also wish the employee's total scheduled hours would show up when checking the weekly availability.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity takes the spreadsheet aspect into a dynamic and approachable version that lets me move things around without guesswork. I also appreciate it tracks time off and unavailability, but also allows overrides and blackout dates.

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like the mobile app, mobile clockin/out, leave request is easy, time sheet approval is easy. Customer support is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

That you can't edit leave requests. That the time off bank for each employee is in days and not hours, because we have hourly employees.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to use and has allowed us to get rid of our traditional time clock. The staff loves all of the mobile features.

  ### 50. Great program - High Price Point

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

This program is easy for us and our staff to use. I like the way the program will break out daily and weekly overtime so I can export to my payroll company. It does exactly what we need it to do. We use staff clock-in/out, pickup shifts feature, staff scheduling, we use some reports and verify clock-in/out times. There are many features more features on this program however we don't use them.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The price of this program is really expensive for what it is. We are Canadian so converting from USD to CAN is a killer. I think other programs probably have the features we need but for better value. The help support has also declined in recent years. Lately, the base level of the help staff is so low that it's not all that useful.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have too many staff to verify who worked when, so using the clock in and out feature is very helpful for us. We can see who actually showed up vs who was scheduled and adjust shifts accordingly.
