  ### 1. Decent software but somewhat non-intuitive for the user

**What do you like best about TCMax?**

The software rarely glitches or crashes and can maintain a lot of data. We have a very large selection of tools and inventory that we track using the software and the software works well for us.

**What do you dislike about TCMax?**

The software is not user friendly or intuitive. A lot of employees struggle to learn how to use it beyond basic functions. 

**What problems is TCMax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to keep paper copies of issue/turn in. When used in conjunction with a barcode scanner it makes issue/turn in operations essentially seamless and quick.

**What do you like best about TCMax?**

TC Max is a brilliant tool control system utilizing multiple databases to track tools in the job site and the maintain positive tool control. 

**What do you dislike about TCMax?**

For optimum use it does require additional software from Microsoft.  

**Recommendations to others considering TCMax:**

TC Max, when used correctly, will make tracking and tool control much easier and reliable. 

**What problems is TCMax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issuing tools throughout the day to employees while also tracking the inspection and calibration of all required tools and systems.

**What do you like best about TCMax?**

Tool control, inventory, and inspection tracking features.

**What do you dislike about TCMax?**

The glitches, temperamental in nature, and slow to load most of the time.

**What problems is TCMax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed my maintenance shop to load, track, and dispatch tools and controlled items in our high demand type of workplace.
