**What do you like best about TazWorks?**

I like that TazWorks in integrated with a lot of our vendors making initiating tasks so much easier. There are so many different features and its very easy to use. If you are ever stuck on anything, Support is very helpful and there is a whole knowledge base that I use on a weekly basis. There are also always new features constantly developing on the platform. I log in to TazWorks every day for work.

**What do you dislike about TazWorks?**

I would suggest some features, such as allowing a client to be able to extend and cancel a drug test. I would also like to be able to access to clients invoice within the actually client account rather than having to go to different pages within the portal.

**What problems is TazWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our main platform at work. We use it to initiate background checks and drug screens.

Fast and frequent customer service whenever questions arise about a particular applicant.

I didn’t work with the program long enough to have a negative experience

Finding desirable Candidates to fill vacant positions.
