It is possible to track how many overtime hours each employee has worked and monitor the schedule of each team. Any adjustment or request, such as sending a medical certificate, can be done directly through the app. The platform is extremely easy to use and quite intuitive. The implementation and support are also very fast; right at the beginning, we had a question and it was resolved immediately. We use the system daily, which has made our work even more agile, as it integrates with all the systems we use. In summary, I recommend it to everyone! **What do you dislike about tapinout?** So far, I only have compliments to give to TapInOut. **What problems is tapinout solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system has provided more agility in closing the payroll, in addition to helping in decision-making related to team management and offering greater legal security. ### 2.
