**What do you like best about Talkable?**

The best part about Talkable is the people that are behind the software. We can rely on the team to come up with fresh ideas that keep our clientele in mind, and how likely they are to utilize the program. The team is very flexible and mindful the time needed from both parties in order to make the partnership work. Talkable integrates seamlessly with our website, and the UI/UX design of their platform is easy to follow.

**What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talkable is making sure that we are not handling the nitty-gritty of the campaigns, whether that may be with the technical or creative side of things. Ultimately, we save time and resources by working with Talkable, which was the primary draw of starting the partnership with them.

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

I appreciate that our account set up has allowed us to be fairly hands off.  We are a very small and scrappy team overseeing multiple vendors, so having a team at Talkable who is doing the heavy lifting and truly partnering with us on how to improve the channel is a huge win.  I would also say that the team we work with (Kate and Hanna) are wonderful and we appreciate them.

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

The biggest issues we have had in 2025 were primarily focused around account management and marketing leadership. The account manager we had for the better half of 2025 was nice, but we never felt truly heard when it comes to our strategy.  It felt like there was just a disconnect and a push to run special promotions through the platform that would violate our then very aggressive MAP policy.  That has been resolved and we are seeing lots of success with our new account manager Kate.  In regard to Marketing leadership, we have just felt like the leadership team has not been very communicative on initiatives we were partnering with them on - specifically our emails and the PostPilot trial.  Given our emails were set up by a prior team, we had asked if there were any best practices or opportunities that Talkable sees within our program and we never actually got any insight.  The Marketing leadership team said they would take a look and provide a a rollout testing plan that never materialized and we never heard anything after July 2nd.  Additionally we wanted to participate in the PostPilot trial in December and we rushed to get all the required deliverables by mid-month and just learned this week that no deployments happened and that the project was with the marketing team.  I'm not sure if there is a disconnect, but as a customer it is frustrating to experience this lack of follow-through from higher up in the organization.

**What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Talkable is solving is a lack of internal resources to dedicate to a referral program.  If we had built a referral program internally, it would have been massively complex and we would have limited resources to manage it.  Having a team at Talkable who is able to edit campaigns, suggest and implement A/B tests, and provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly tracking is a huge help to our bandwidth.  Without the account set up we have today, our referral program would be operating at half it's capacity and leaving opportunities for growth off the table.

I truly believe that when you sign that purchase order, you are hiring the company and that staff, it’s not just a platform. I can’t say enough about the support we have received – from the first meeting to 2 years later. It was easy to set up and get going, and at every curveball we’ve thrown them, the talkable folks have been instrumental in the success we have seen. 

Agile and powerful at the same time.
Talkable has let us scale customer acquisition through referrals. The platform is highly configurable, has been integrated with our other marketing programs, and supports rapid campaign iteration without introducing operational complexity. I can’t highlight this enough. Your business faces unique business operational challenges, and Talkable has worked with us to overcome them and keep this program moving forward. We are constantly in “what about this, what about that” mode.

There really isn't anything on their end I dislike. It has made me aware that I need to understand technology more deeply - and they are doing a good job bringing me a long. it's just that this is one of many parts of my job, wich i had more time to learn the product better.

Everything about Talkable is built to make our lives easier, from the incredibly user-friendly and insightful dashboard to the team of very attentive support members who are always there to help with any request we might have. As a small brand with limited resources, the price of Talkable was a bit intimidating - but now a year in we couldn't be happier with taking the plunge and can't wait to see how we can continue to grow our new customer segment with their help.

Talkable has given our brand a huge boost in our word-of-mouth marketing, which was already a huge factor of our community growth over the years. Through Talkable, our customers now have a super easy way to pass along a discount to their friends to help get them in great outerwear while allowing those advocates to be rewarded for their loyalty - and as a business we are now able to quantify the results of referral marketing to see just how valuable this truly is to the brand.

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

I love working with our new CSM, Kate, and our campaign manager, Hanna, as they come up with great ideas that help us get past potential roadblocks. I really appreciate that the campaign manager is constantly providing new test ideas, which is a huge help. Additionally, Talkable’s focus on testing is great because our brand highly values testing any big changes we make, and this approach aligns well with our strategy.

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

I will say that we are having issues with the larger Talkable marketing team providing follow-ups on larger initiative projects outside of everyday small tests. For example, about 8 months ago we posed the need and want to revamp our friend and advocate emails to provide more insight into the brand. The marketing director or someone similar was going to take that back to the team but we never heard an update and it fell off. Additionally, we were posed with the opportunity to run a PostPilot campaign at no additional cost. This was presented to us in Q4 of 2025 and we decided to move forward. I quickly worked with internal creative members to pull together assets and whatnot for the design. Since then, the same marketing director has taken it on but not provided any updates. With that, we have to change some of the direction due to the offer changing. This is frustrating for us since this project has the eyes of key stakeholders and isn't moving. If there are ever any hiccups or additional information needed from our team, I would love a weekly update or immediate email asking for those things instead of waiting for our bi-weekly call.

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

I really like the team at Talkable; they're always there to answer questions and help fix any bugs we might have. They've been awesome at sharing optimizations and things to test, which allows me to be more hands-off with the program and focus on other marketing initiatives. The initial setup of Talkable was pretty easy, with no major issues. I also have to mention that if I ever work anywhere else, I would definitely advocate for Talkable right away.

I wish I could breakdown revenue on the main chart on the home page by month, week, year, quarter, etc. It would be nice if I could filter more easily by time breakdown instead of just time period.

I really appreciate Talkable's robust platform that enables complete self-service in setting up campaigns and conducting analytics if I want. The anti-fraud features with in-depth settings are impressive and give me peace of mind. I also really value the proactive team that supports us. Additionally, setting up campaigns was easy with the help of the account team.

I find it a little cumbersome that I need to set up 4 campaigns for 4 placements.

They continue to move quickly on feedback and have been great at bringing new optimization ideas to the table without us having to ask. I appreciate how easy they’ve made it for our team to test creative, adjust modules, and roll out updates with very little lift on our side. Their support has stayed consistent and reliable, and the platform itself has gotten smoother and more flexible over time. Overall, the experience has only improved.

Their resolution for my account management issue was swift. We received an account manager and technical strategist that are genuinely invested in our account's success. Hanna and Kate are great to work with.

We've been using Talkable for a few years now, and it’s been a game-changer for our referral marketing strategy. The platform is intuitive and customizable, making it easy to create and manage campaigns without needing constant developer input. A/B testing capabilities allow us to experiment with reward types, page placements, UI layouts. Talkable’s Customer Success team truly feels like an extension of ours. They regularly guide A/B tests, provide creative strategy insights, and help tailor campaigns.

Companies without in-house technical teams might experience a slower onboarding curve.
Talkable’s managed service and customer success teams often bridge this gap but they may not eliminate the need for some internal technical support.

Talkable was a very capable referral program. It did the thing we asked, but the tools were basic and felt like the price was a bit steep for its functionality. It was easy enough to install, but took considerable thought in how we wanted it to show. Would have been nice to have an easier implementation.

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

Talkable is expensive and unless you're willing to get all the tools and use out of the program there might be a cheaper solution that can do the same thing. We seem to have conflicts of talkable and other banner programs we use on our website and aesethically it could look messy with too many pop ups. Talkable has other ways to show their offer, but was more limited that i would like.

1. Customer Support - We've been dealing with Talkable for over 2 years now and they've been fantastic with their customer support. They've been extremely responsive with our business, friendly, easy to deal with and very patient with a lot of our requests. This goes a long way when dealing with a platform that's not your standard plug and play. Great service which has helped us so much throughout our partnership with Talkable

1. It's not your standard plug and play solution. There aren't a lot of out of the box features. A lot of the features require back end implementation from our internal dev team. This can be difficult when your Tech team requires information about the new feature or the platform. However, the Talkable team have been great in aiming to help us as much as possible to set up new features

Their features to administrate campaigns and the easy way to integrate this with your back-end. I like being able to manage everything, from images to email flows, subject lines, etc. We've been able to improve our CVR and referred traffic thanks to this tool.

The UI can be improved, especially for mobile.

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

Since enabling Talkable Video, we've seen a steady stream of Customer Generated Content (CGC or UGC, however you want to call it) come through. It's very exciting to see customers engaging in this new way, and I see great use cases for Talkable Video, especially for Gen-Z focused brands.

Talkable is at the forefront of new referral technologies, and I absolutely love how they have evolved referral to allow advocates to record ands share videos in through the referral flow.

There is something special about video. It sparks an emotional response, and makes the referral feel authentic and genuine. A video is worth a thousand words (or more)!
In addition, as a marketer, seeing how your customers speak about your product, and seeing the demographics of those customers, provides  insights that are more difficult to pull than standard survey data. Visuals matter.

We're still in the early stages of testing Talkable Video, but we're extremely excited about this next chapter of Video Referrals, and we're looking for new ways to take advantage of it (e.g. discovery of customers who would make great brand ambassadors)

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

The dashboard can be a bit confusing, but we rely on our CSMs to provide the white glove service and reporting.

**What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Talkable helps us acquire more new net customers at the lowest CAC. As a result, it is driving incremental revenue for us.
- They are also helping us identify buyer personas with Talkable Video.
- Their product supports integrations with most platforms (e-commerce, esp/sms, etc)

Talkable has been effective in improving our aquisitive strategy. The best part is that their team does an excellent job at managing the entire service. It leaves you able to continue your own work while the program is always improving and getting great results. Additionally, they are always looking into new ways to implement the newest marketing channels into their program to reach the maximum amount of new customers!

The team are great and willing to go the extra mile and for our particular needs were able to build a custom setup. And when things haven't gone exactly to plan were able to resolve and update us quickly. The account management support is excellent too. We have monthly syncs and cover the current performance and how to optimise the campaign further.

Currently, US based, which works for a global company such as ours, but ideally, it would be great if they could have satellite offices in major cities like London. It would be great to connect with the team F2F occasionally.

We've launched a pilot referral programme in the UK, and we were very clear about what solution we needed to fit our needs. The Talkable team were able to build and deliver a more customisable solution that other competitors were unable to offer. Since launch, we've seen a positive impact from the referral scheme; whilst it's still early days, the conversion metrics are looking strong, and we feel this campaign will positively impact the UK market.

Our initial rep was great but we've been shifted around and our current rep isn't as involved. Our first rep would have suggestions for campaigns for our particular vertical based on competitors. Our new rep is fine, but she asks us for what we want to do, instead of having proactive ideas.

The platform hasn't ever been buggy for us, and the Talkable team we work with is incredibly responsive and proactive about implementing changes, testing, and optimizing with very little effort needed on our end. The flexibility of the platform is incredible too. There are many different options for testing referral incentives, coupon codes, sweepstakes for referrals, sharing settings, etc. which has led to the successful testing of our program. We've found cost-saving and even revenue-boosting incentives that have brought brand new customers to our site. As a prospective campaign, the ROI has been impressive.

There hasn't been anything that I've disliked about Talkable so far. They have been wonderful to work with.

Time is one of our biggest issues, so having a team that can take up most of the legwork has proven beneficial.
