**What do you like best about TalentTurf?**

I like the fact that it helps in identifying if we as employees are ready for the Next Level and Role change. It very easy to use and I use TalentTurf almost every day.

**What do you dislike about TalentTurf?**

There is nothing to dislike currently everything is working perfectly fine and I'm happy with the results.

**What problems is TalentTurf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is definetly helping me achieve my goals one by one and using the development plan everything is going accordingly.

Easy to use and navigate, the best system ever as it helps you in your growth within the company and guide you in certain things.

There's nothing to dislike everything works perfectly fine.

Its helping me to achieve my goals and get seniors to coach me in doing curtain things if I'm  not sure off and exceed all my expectations as an employee

I did not find any consequences so far as it's beneficial for me to evaluate and boost the growth of the team
