**What do you like best about Talentsteps?**

The Use of multiple data sources to facilitate candidate identification in Talentsteps is beneficial. It spider webs the web, engages social media platforms and relies on algorithms to find potential employees I could never come across.

**What do you dislike about Talentsteps?**

I can’t monitor some of these critical success factors such as cost per hire, time to fill or even source quality optimally. This hinders me from assessing the value of the recruitment exercise and the results of the my recruitment campaigns.

**What problems is Talentsteps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talentsteps prevents me from facing this challenge by using a large volume of data and machine learning to search for potential talent from a larger pool. They lessen my burden when it comes to recruiting since I am able to interview and hire only top talent.
