TalentSpotify, is a B2B SaaS platform, to help companies to measure their employee&#39;s achievements by asking questions based on their current performance and analysing the answers using our machine learning algorithm, Recognition and rewards are given based on scientific analysis of their achievements. Helping motivate and retain employees and thereby save costs in recruitment. The objective of this tool is to solve the problems like &quot;Subjective Evaluation &quot;, &quot;Increase in Attrition Rate&quot;, and &quot;Low Motivation of Employee&quot;. Employees can set their Objectives and key results on this platform, they can set multiple tasks for each key result and track the progress. On achievement of each Key result or Objective employee receives reward points. Employees can redeem their points through monetary and non-monetary rewards like flexible working hrs, leave credits etc. Managers can recognize employees socially. Behaviour competencies can be evaluated based on a nested questionnaires approach driven by AI/ML algorithms to pick the right response based on the previous question. We have researched with various organizations and prepared a vast question bank for various behaviour competencies and our question bank incrementally grows by acquiring new customers. TalentSpotify focuses more on feed-forward than feedback and suggests an individual development plan. **What do you like best about TalentSpotify?**

I like TalentSpotify because it includes an AI voice agent that detects biases in conversations between employees and managers, and flags them to HR, which is really helpful. This bias detection is not only during the conversation but it also updates into the application, and I think that's a good one. It's pretty much easy to set up because the team is very helpful and friendly, understanding our company culture and setting up everything for us in hardly three to four weeks, which was impressive. The system was up and running quickly. Also, we used to have Jira, and it's directly connected to TalentSpotify, along with Salesforce, which was connected as well. Overall, the support team was really helpful, and I appreciate how smoothly the integration went.

**What do you dislike about TalentSpotify?**

One of the biggest challenges with TalentSpotify is that not enough people are aware of it due to its startup stage. Because it's still new, many people don't realize its potential. Ideally, more companies should use TalentSpotify, which would lead to more reviews and better model training.

**What problems is TalentSpotify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TalentSpotify for tracking OKRs, performance reviews, employee leaves, and time. It solves retention issues by rewarding employees for achievements with non-monetary benefits. The voice agent detects conversational biases, ensuring fair reviews. It's a mini HRMS for our team.

**What do you like best about TalentSpotify?**

1. Transparent Performance Reviews
2. Reward points linked with employee achievements caused a significant increase in productivity
3. Employee behaviour competency evaluation not through rating, by answering questions from chatbot limited subjective judgement

**What do you dislike about TalentSpotify?**

As this is a completely new change for us, initially there are a few challenges in usage, later we adapted to the change and now we are comfortable using it.
Look and feel can be better. I am sure they will change it soon.

**What problems is TalentSpotify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appsdreamz is an IT consulting firm and we are growing fast, so it's difficult to track employees' OKRs and also engage them continuously to retain them. TalentSpotify helped us to have transparent reviews and recognise our employees.
