Helping motivate and retain employees and thereby save costs in recruitment.
The objective of this tool is to solve the problems like "Subjective Evaluation ", "Increase in Attrition Rate", and "Low Motivation of Employee".
Employees can set their Objectives and key results on this platform, they can set multiple tasks for each key result and track the progress. On achievement of each Key result or Objective employee receives reward points.
