TalentSpotify, is a B2B SaaS platform, to help companies to measure their employee's achievements by asking questions based on their current performance and analysing the answers using our machine learning algorithm, Recognition and rewards are given based on scientific analysis of their achievements. Helping motivate and retain employees and thereby save costs in recruitment. The objective of this tool is to solve the problems like "Subjective Evaluation ", "Increase in Attrition Rate", and "Low Motivation of Employee". Employees can set their Objectives and key results on this platform, they can set multiple tasks for each key result and track the progress. On achievement of each Key result or Objective employee receives reward points. Employees can redeem their points through monetary and non-monetary rewards like flexible working hrs, leave credits etc. Managers can recognize employees socially. Behaviour competencies can be evaluated based on a nested questionnaires approach driven by AI/ML algorithms to pick the right response based on the previous question. We have researched with various organizations and prepared a vast question bank for various behaviour competencies and our question bank incrementally grows by acquiring new customers. TalentSpotify focuses more on feed-forward than feedback and suggests an individual development plan.
