It is used by SMEs, large enterprises, and public sector organizations in industries such as government, healthcare, education, banking, aviation, and enterprise business. The platform supports each stage of hiring with a structured set of tools. Job Postingis managed through branded career portals that reflect employer identity and multi-channel posting to Bayt.com, LinkedIn, and regional job boards. Application management consolidates all candidate records into a centralized CV database, with bulk import, parsing, and advanced filters to quickly identify suitable profiles. Screening and shortlisting is handled with pre-screening questions, automated disqualification rules, AI-assisted ranking, and optional video interview workflows. Collaboration is supported through candidate profiles enriched with notes, tags, and task assignments, along with interview scheduling tools that coordinate across teams. Reporting dashboards provide visibility into time-to-hire, source performance, recruiter activity, and pipeline health. Talentera also includes GCC-aligned workflows for Saudi Arabia and the UAE, reflecting recruitment practices in those markets and helping employers address compliance considerations within the same system. **What do you like best about Talentera?**

Talentaera does a really great job of keeping everyone in different pipelines organized. 

**What do you dislike about Talentera?**

Some of the user interface isn't extremely intuitive and I had to teach myself quite a bit. 

**What problems is Talentera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talentera keeps track of all of our candidates and where they are in the pipeline, so that no one slips through the tracks.
