**What do you like best about TailorTalk?**

I like how TailorTalk really helps cut down our time and effort required to qualify a large number of leads, which allows our team to focus on leads with high intent. The AI is really good and very fast at learning. I also appreciate that TailorTalk has helped us do some API integrations with other software. The initial setup was very easy, and the team provided a small training. There was a knowledge base we filled in, along with some other knowledge sources, and it was fairly easy to improve over time.

**What do you dislike about TailorTalk?**

I think some more CRM capabilities could be brought in so we can sort of manage leads. If we can have integrations with telephony.

**What problems is TailorTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TailorTalk to qualify leads in our sales funnel. It cuts down the time and effort needed to qualify many leads, letting us focus on high-intent leads. The AI is very fast and good, and it supports API integrations with other software.

**What do you like best about TailorTalk?**

I use TailorTalk regularly now and it's been a smooth experience. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I find the bot replies to be good, and the overall technical setup is very user-friendly and easy to use. I particularly like the technical bot setup part, which helps me create a bot with some rules and regulations much easier than other platforms. TailorTalk is budget-friendly and features AI, which is great for us. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about TailorTalk?**

It doesn't have an option to message a new number from our end, and sharing photos and tagging a particular message is not present. If it can be more aligned with WhatsApp then it would be great.

**What problems is TailorTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find TailorTalk's interface clean and easy, with user-friendly technical bot setup that simplifies creating bots with rules. It’s budget-friendly and AI-featured, offering a smooth experience.

I like that TailorTalk has a very proactive team and a good product. The support from TailorTalk is quite quick and to the point, which means for me there's very little downtime. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the team handled it well.

**What do you dislike about TailorTalk?**

Well, they can continue to add more features on TailorTalk. But apart from that, it's really fine. I mean, I just expect them to work and meet expectations.

**What problems is TailorTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TailorTalk for website integration and it solves first-line query handling from potential clients. It's my first line of defense and answering.

**What do you like best about TailorTalk?**

It helped me to offload most of the consultation work that we did manually to an automated systems that is fed through three different channels - WhatsApp Business, Instagram and a ChatBot from the website. The setup phase was relatively easy. It took us less than 24 hours to get it working. The support team was very helpful and responsive

**What do you dislike about TailorTalk?**

Certainly there are areas to improve and I see how the TailorTalk team is countinuing to refine and make improvements to their products. At this stage, it's still early for me to make a judgement. So far, we have only boosted our productivity by using the product.
I think one additional feature that would have helped is a CRM-like system where you have more freedom to manage customers post-sales.

**What problems is TailorTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an online shop and we have many customers writing to us to get consultations related to their hair care. Customers come from different channels - trichology experts send them, advertisement and recommendations. So, we used to respond to their queries manually. There had to be a person on the computer responding to all the messages. As we grew, it became hard to manage such an influx of new customers. It became physically difficult to respond. So, we were looking for a solution that utilized AI-agents to consult clients.
In the first weeks of our usage, TailorTalk successfully consulted more than 200 leads and most of them converted. It drove our sales, because customers love when they get an immediate response. The quality of responses also improved because it's more knowledgeable and can provide a lot of valuable information which clients crave.

The bot captures everything we need before a lead reaches a human - name, city, the legal category, how urgent the matter is, and whether they have spoken to anyone before.

No dislikes really. It is way better than old gen whatsapp senders

- Setup was straightforward and the qualification flow was flexible enough to match our exact intake process
- The bot handles the first response instantly, which matters a lot for high-intent leads
- Booking confirmations route cleanly to our team without us building anything custom

I find TailorTalk's interface and dashboard accessibility really convenient, allowing me to refer to reports and chats easily. I also appreciate the ability to make quick ad-hoc changes. TailorTalk helps me pull complex understanding of user journey flow and check lead intentions based on metrics specific to my business. The initial setup of TailorTalk was very easy, which I really liked.

I think TailorTalk could improve by integrating offline data to enhance signaling and adding the ability to run ads directly through the dashboard.

TailorTalk translates complex business logic into accurate products, fixes weak data flow and leakages, and allows us to pull complex user journey insights from the dashboard.

It is a useful platform with good automation features, but the initial setup and customization can take some time to understand. Once configured, it works quite well.

It solves the challenge of timely lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling. It helps us nurture prospects and book meetings with potential clients for brand expansion, saving time and improving conversion rates.

How effortlessly it simplifies my work. Things that used to take hours of my time are now automated. The platform makes my everyday tasks, especially talking to leads, smoother, more organised, and less stressful.

Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike about TailorTalk so far. The team is incredibly helpful. Whenever something comes up, Shiva and Apekshit from the team are quick to find a resolution.

We are a Mental Health Organisation, where timely and accurate communication is very important. 

TailorTalk has been a game-changer for us.  It provides immediate interventions, is available 24/7, and ensures that clients get the right information at the right time. Since using it, our bounce rate has gone down significantly, and overall communication feels more professional and seamless. 

What I really appreciate is how it helps us maintain consistency in tone and empathy in client interactions. It’s like having a reliable assistant who is saving team's energy.

There’s really nothing to dislike. It saved us a lot of time and hassle, and it helped us prioritize what mattered most.

Handling inbound inquiries can be a hurdle, and this helps by filtering them from the start. It makes it easier to group inquiries into leads, or keep them at the inquiry level when they’re not ready to move forward.

We are a consumer electronics company and during the summers, there is a huge uplift in the number of customer complaints that come in. Processing all the complaints is a huge task for our service team. Tailortalk's whatsapp agent helps automate this entire process by enabling customers to log complaint directly via whatsapp without the need for speaking to a service agent. 
Also, it has made our product registration process extremely easy. Anyone who want to register their product can simply scan the QR code and talk to the agent to register their product.

**What do you like best about TailorTalk?**

Their clear vision. Their intention is to build a smart chatbot that's as good as the founder of the company and addresses customer management at scale. After using some of the structured, non-AI chatbots with hidden pricing per message, all the confusion and the maze that you need to go through for simple features, this really is a breath of fresh air. Easy to implement, easy to use, support is a message away, and they let you try everything for free. 
It's only been 4 days since we started using TailorTalk.ai and life's just been better already.
We just aspire to scale this experience now.

**What do you dislike about TailorTalk?**

It's not setup to be a chatbot where humans intervene frequently. It doesn't refresh real-time when a customer texts you and it works best with AI doing almost all of the heavy lifting.
I kind of like this feature about it as well. Founder is clear about it's roadmap.

**What problems is TailorTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talk to text-to-whatsapp leads, explain our offering and convince them to buy (Presales)
Help them with the purchase of any specific plan (Sales)
Customer support after sales (After-sales support)

I am yet to implement most of the After-sales support. Right now I'm using TailorTalk mostly for presales and partly for sales. It's still doing a little bit of everything.

**What do you like best about TailorTalk?**

We've been using TailorTalk for many months now and it has helped us really scale our lead generation efforts with minimal human effort. Lesser costs, more efficiency without compromising on quality!

For a service business like ours, where leads need a lot of handholding and follow ups, a sentient tool like Tailortalk has really replaced almost 90% of our human effort - freeing up more time and saving on employee costs.

we did have some tech issues when setting up but those have been sorted out now and the system has been working great for the last 6 months atleast. The time is always quick to respond for such issues
