
It helped me to offload most of the consultation work that we did manually to an automated systems that is fed through three different channels - WhatsApp Business, Instagram and a ChatBot from the website. The setup phase was relatively easy. It took us less than 24 hours to get it working. The support team was very helpful and responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certainly there are areas to improve and I see how the TailorTalk team is countinuing to refine and make improvements to their products. At this stage, it's still early for me to make a judgement. So far, we have only boosted our productivity by using the product.
I think one additional feature that would have helped is a CRM-like system where you have more freedom to manage customers post-sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
