What do you like best about TailorTalk?

Their clear vision. Their intention is to build a smart chatbot that's as good as the founder of the company and addresses customer management at scale. After using some of the structured, non-AI chatbots with hidden pricing per message, all the confusion and the maze that you need to go through for simple features, this really is a breath of fresh air. Easy to implement, easy to use, support is a message away, and they let you try everything for free.

It's only been 4 days since we started using TailorTalk.ai and life's just been better already.

What do you dislike about TailorTalk?

It's not setup to be a chatbot where humans intervene frequently. It doesn't refresh real-time when a customer texts you and it works best with AI doing almost all of the heavy lifting.
