**What do you like best about Tagbox?**

The ability to store, tag, easily find and view digital assets of any file format, whether that be photos, graphic design contents like campaign emails, web banners, logos and even documents.
The ability to create and apply Tags in multiple self-defined categories and the power of the search functionality to find assets by any number of attributes.
Easy to implement within a small company and straightforward and intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Tagbox?**

There are no significant major elements that I dislike. It would be helpful to be able to see, in some way, all available Tags when assigning Tags to newly uploaded assets. Some user permissions have not been fully locked down allowing some undesired user activity. Software upgrades are being rolled out regularly to enhance the product.

**What problems is Tagbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an effective and efficient digital asset repository has increased internal productivity through better management of our assets and improved collaboration, both internally and with external agencies and contractors.  No more multiple repositories, whether it be sharepoint, dropbox, email or document drives - if we want to find an image or some graphic design, we know where to look and it's easily found.

**What do you like best about Tagbox?**

We were early adopters of the Tagbox social media display wall. We use itthroughout our sales centers in the US and are pleased with their performance, ease of use, and customization.

**What do you dislike about Tagbox?**

We haven't found any downsides. When there is a small hiccup, the support team makes sure it is resolved immediately.

**What problems is Tagbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to showcase our robust social media submissions.
