They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about SystemOne?** SystemOne has been around for years. The pricing is affordable and it boasts so many features for managing artist bookings online and offline. I really enjoy using the software, especially after their cool new rebrand with dark mode enabled. I never miss a beat even when managing multiple artists and shows at the same time. **What do you dislike about SystemOne?** I disliked the clunky look of the old version of the software, but the new update improved its user-friendliness for me. It was also missing a comprehensive Google Maps feature which has now been implemented. **What problems is SystemOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem with the music industry is that it's actually very archaic in many ways. We used to use paper forms and spreadsheets, phone calls, and WhatsApp to book artists. Lots of double work that we have been able to automate with SystemOne, such as contract generation and eSigning.
