SYNUP IS A LOCAL REPUTATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE IN THE BETA STAGE

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

I had a very disappointing experience with Synup. After using their services for the first quarter of 2024, I realized they weren't necessary for my business needs and canceled my subscription via email in April with Rakesh.

To my surprise, I received a charge of $800 in August, four months after canceling my subscription. When I contacted Synup to request a refund, they refused, claiming that I was still under contract. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I had explicitly canceled my subscription.

Given that Synup is based in India, it seems they are aware that pursuing legal action would be difficult. I would strongly advise against using their services. I recommend exploring more reputable alternatives like Semrush Local.

Its features and ease of use have streamlined our business operations, as it integrates perfectly with third-party apps.

Nothing really; it has been blowing my mind since the purchase

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What led me to them was their directory listing. They had over 50 listings on which I could list my business, allowing me to sync it with online directories like MapQuests. All my listings are now on one dashboard, saving the hassle of going from platform to platform if I need to make any changes.

Another feature I love is the review widget. It simplifies the review collection process and brings my reviews from Google, Facebook, and other channels into one place, which makes it easier to reply to any reviews. The Rank review allowed me to track 50  keywords  my business can rank for so I know which areas to improve, and I can also post on social media directly from it

What’s still surprising is that with all these  features it  is  super-affordable

Synup made managing the image of my athletic training business, KOD Skills Academy a breeze. The AI features made it really convenient for me to utilize the software. I really enjoyed using the service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost their business's online presence.

Synup  made it easy for me to track KOD's virtual foorprint. It allowed me different platforms simultaneously and helped me quickly tackle any issues that popped up. I also appreciated the AI interface for the tool of fine-tuning keywords, which boosted KOD's visibility online.

The challenge of brand visibility and customer acquisition is being solved by Synup for us. Because of their extensive local marketing solutions our brand awareness in the target market has been significantly improved. Thanks to them, we have experienced a marked rise in our store visits along with online involvement that resulted into new customers’ increase. Their skills in spotting public opinion on SEO-related issues, listings control, and tracking have done wonders for our web reputation and ensured steady flow of new buyers into our business. Synup provides all the essential tools and support necessary.  Hence, I haven't encountered any  downsides to using their platform.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

What is most helpful for our business is the one stop solution to marketing. I mean, we were running wild trying to keep up with all the to dos and this chaos took away from what we truly needed to provide to our business - which is creativity and adding more value. 
We are a small business and all of us here wear many hats and so it was vital for us to find a solution to this madness. None of us are techy people, but luckily my son suggested we look into Synup. 
I can't tell you how grateful  I am to have made the decision to go for it. We were really weighing the pros and the cons of investing, but I'm glad we chose wisely.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

We are still new users and so far we have had nothing but good experiences. I can't say anything that I dislike and I trust that this will be the case going forward. Based on the service we have gotten thus far, it's hard to imagine I would be complaining.

Reading customers and determining what their likes and dislikes are. It's quite fascinating and very much beneficial to our business. Makes it so much easier as we grow and expand to be more connected to our customers' needs!

**What do you like best about Synup?**

Synup makes it really easy to create, edit, maintain and optimize directory listings.  It's AI generated responses to reviews are very simple and even allow you to add keywords for search engine optimization.  I also love the review generator and AI generated posts and the ability to create and schedule campaigns.  Finally, our support rep Rahihd has been instrumental in helping us onboard clients and fully use the platform.

We've had a few hiccups with listings that are always taken care of by Rahihd.

The functionality! Its so easy to use, fits with our business needs and the price works with our budget. The AI functionality helps us out loads when we're in a pickle and makes our lives so much easier so we can get on with building our company! The listings/review management pages are really useful to us and we're starting to use the local landing pages too which we see being highly beneficial to our business.

Synup is a tool that helps manage business and improve online presence. It is implemented great for keeping business listings accurate across different platforms. It's like a one-stop shop for managing your online reputation. As far as my personal experience is concerned we are running a business and we have different persons in our team for different tasks. One of our employees suggested Synup. He was frequently used in his old job. 

Everyone in our team was very happy after using Synup as it helped us streamline all the complex tasks to a smaller task which makes the overall task more manageable. It allows easier tracking of progress, and reduces the feeling of being overwhelmed. It helped us in every possible way and saves our valuable time.

Nothing, I have not experienced any problem using this tool.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

We have a very small business and one person was taking care of all marketing while also doing the same job as everyone else.  Synup has helped us streamline all the marketing to a much smaller task.  Updating the business listings is done in one place instead of going to each site. What we use it for most is managing business listings, the review dashboard to help us see and respond to reviews quickly, and getting noticed by our local communities.  It has helped us save so much valuable time.

We have not disliked anything about Synup to this point.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Local listing has been one area we were doing a poor job of marketing and maintaining our business listing.  We did not realize local people were not finding our store.   We have no formal marketing training so we needed a lot of help with SEO and understanding how critical it is to driving traffic our way.  Our time spent on Social media marketing has been cut in half!  If we have to change hours for example, it is no longer a huge headache to visit multiple sites and have to remember login information for each just to add an hour during the summer or close earlier during the winter months.

I was looking for a listings plan for my agency. I was very impressed wiht the combined listings and review solution provided by Synup. It exceeds services I've seen with other vendors at a great price. And the onboarding was fantastic - I truly appreciate the thoroughness taken by Rahidh to walk is through the platform!

A lot of features to learn about, but as we work in the platform it will come easier.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

I like using it to keep track of reviews and automate simple responses. I also like the reporting and analytics of reviews which makes it much easier to keep track of review goals and report on the results each week, each quarter etc. I use it daily to monitor reviews, and weekly to report to my team. It is also great to be able to make one update and have it synch across the board instead of having to post individually on each platform. Jahnvi assisted me with onboarding and was very helpful and responsive, though she didn't have all the answers right away, but got back to me quickly. It didn't take long to integrate the different platforms on the dashboard and once everything was connected I could get to work using the platform right away.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

Integrating with Synup had a few hiccups. I had to do some back and forth with the team to have the correct features enabled but once we got all setup it's been smooth sailing. I do think the AI generated response feature could be better integrated. Ideally I'd like to be able to see multiple reviews and multiple responses at the same time, make edits to all of them, and then post those replies all at once.

Having all of the platforms displayed for me in one spot has been a huge time saver for me. Previously I was spending time each day to go to multiple websites to look at and respond to reviews. 
The review reporting feature is also extremely helpful and time saving for me to be able to pull specific data regarding our reputation for the team. 
Being able to make updates in one spot and have it synch across the web has also been a huge time saver and has greatly minimized the possability of errors.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

It’s been a game-changer for my freelancer business and a godsend for managing my online presence. The 'Ideas' area is a standout feature for me. Sometimes, I have no clue what to create, but with the 'Ideas' feature, I'm never at a loss for potential content to post to my social channels. It brainstorms, and all I need to do is edit and tailor the suggestions—it's a time saver!

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

I did find that the usability was not as intuitive as I would have liked. Navigating through the platform initially was a bit of a learning curve. However, it became much more straightforward once I got the hang of it.

When we first began using Synup, we were just using the listings feature. There are plenty of listing management platforms to choose from, and they all have similar functionality. We chose Synup because the pricing structure worked best for us, and the team seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. Now, I know that's a total understatement! Whenever we've had an issue, the team has jumped at the chance to help. Plus, there are plenty of helpful guides and other great content that help us get the most out of the platform.

The pages feature changed how we sell to new clients for the better. Prospects love seeing the impact store pages have had on our existing clients' online visibility, and our clients have been seeing serious results. Synup is intuite and very user-friendly, me and my team used it in a daily basis to manage our leads and we found that our productivity and sales had a bump since we started using it. The schedule posts feature was a game changer, because with are always in touch with our audience though the scheduled posts and we see new followers and, therefore, new leads for us. One thing that is a concern with softwares like this is the implementation and integration, but with Synup that happened in a smooth way and we felt supported through all the process. Before we used just spreadsheets to manage leads, contacts and steps of the commercial flow, with Synup we had all of this in a nice dashboard and it made easier to keep track of the work.

I find the software really helpful and when needed, the customer support was always there to indicate which way to go. Futhermore, i didnt have any bugs with the software.

Synup is user-friendly and allows for an easy overview to implement for social media management, review management, and listing management. I was able to connect the different company profiles through the program and schedule engaging post ahead of time instead of in the moment. I also enjoyed the ability to invite business owners to assist in the management of their profile that was connected. I currently use the social media engagement to generate leads and utilize as  a customer outreach/inbound questions generator. Anytime I have run into an issue it was very easy to reach out to the customer support and find the answers I needed. It was so simple to setup and the user-friendly layout has made for extreme ease of integration. It allows for these companies to have schedule posts for holidays or upcoming events, to include images, hashtags, or gifs in the post. Upsides of using Synup is that it is a centralized space for our franchisees to log in and respond to their reviews. They are able to see an overview of their reviews, analytics, key words, lots of different features that they have access too. Synup offers automations for review responses, and review template options that we have put in to make it easier for our franchisees to respond and saves time. Our franchisees also get email notifications when a review comes in, which is great as they are able to respond efficiently. Customer support is great at responding quickly and do the best they can to assist.

Lots of connection errors or issues, things that we aren't able to do on our end or have trouble figuring it out. **What do you like best about Synup?**

I love how they were within my budget and offered so much more than basic SEO they offer local listings management social media management and online reputation management as well. Their customer service is top notch and they offer a host of other services all geared towards making sure your company's online presence is preserved and maintained. I also think that their products are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

I don't have any dislikes about the product.

They are handling the social media side of things for my business as I'm most times too busy to do it myself.I have a lot of clients so my social media presence and reputation mean a lot to me and I'm fortunate to have found such a great company who are willing to work with a small business such as mine.

Synup is a fantastic tool to help local businesses succeed in the confusing digital marketing space for local buseinesses. Customer support/ Onboarding was great, lots of options and very affordable for agencies. Reputable company based in NYC and 12 years figuring digital marketing / social media posting/ review management. Easy to join the platform. Built in agency tools. My daily tool for social media and analyics for my clients.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

Their new social posting platform is EXCELLENT... but could use some more intergrations/ platforms.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy to use AI tools and solving the constant API problem between Google , Facebook and other platforms. This helps me solve time  automating processes that used to take hours.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

We had multiple issues to manage social media posts in the past. Synup has proved to be a great tool for managjng our social media posts on various platforms. We are now generating AI assisted posts with mere clicks which have been a game changer for our business and enhancing our outreach. The cost effect is also comparatively affordable making things very attractive for us. I would highly recommend this software due to ease of use, efficient customer support and affordability.

This product has changed my daily work schedule. I post similar content across multiple social platforms with one click. I see how our business is viewed in the eyes of multiple types of customers from one screen. I am able to view and edit multiple listings at once with ease.

It takes a good amount of time to get used to the system and to make use of all of the features it offers.

Before Synup, the task that took up a good chunk of my day was copying and pasting the same media to multiple social platforms. This has cut down on that process extensively. I now have more time to create different pieces of media to bring more of an audience and customers to my business.
