I like that it allows me to create any type video without needing a camera or editing skills. User can type a script, choose an avatar, and generate a video very quickly. I have noticed that sometimes the avatar lip sync isn't always perfect, and customization options can feel limited for more creative projects. The easy of use makes anyone a solid video editor. The avatars a solid and are more than acceptable for any of the training videos we are creating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Synthesia? It's not so much a dislike a wait and see. We are a mid-sized company and the enterprise package is WAY more than we need but the Creator package is a bit limiting. This whole field is new so I'm hoping they adjust the pricing model to offer us in the Creator package some "a la carte" options to up grade with our spending 12X the amount. In my opinion, Synthesia is best suited for content you plan to translate. I’m not aware of any other product that offers such a complete translation feature. Plenty of systems can translate text or video, but when you want the entire experience translated, I don’t think anything else comes close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Synthesia? Every platform has its challenges. Knowing about potential issues before you dive into creating content can save you many hours of rework later. For example, don’t be tempted to create graphics with text in Illustrator or Photoshop as Synthesia won't be able to translate it. Obvious when you think about it, and an acceptable compromise.
