Any statements that are straightforward and don't need very much adjusting each report run are fine. **What do you dislike about Synoptix?** It's outdated and users complain about how difficult it is to navigate. It's not very user friendly. Pushing updates is quite a process since they aren't performed automatically. **What problems is Synoptix solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Synoptix software allows us to easily complete our financial statements for our auditors and helps us generate budget reports for users. We need a good reporting software to complete these tasks, so Synoptix is that software. ### 2. We use it for all our financial statements and summary reports. Within the accounting office it is a great resource. **What do you dislike about Synoptix?** Synoptix is a constant source of frustration for our admins and IT support. There have been issues between the desktop app and online portal when updates are made. It is not user-friendly and can be confusing/difficult for budget managers to understand. **What problems is Synoptix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because Colleague Finance does not have the ability to run financial statements within the system, Synoptix fills in that gap and is a great reporting tool. It is much better than trying to create financial statements within Excel. ### 3. This Synoptix will help the stakeholders and especially Senior Management to view the Revenue and EBITDA at any point of time. **What do you dislike about Synoptix?** Need to take enough tutorials and homework to start using it.Interface needs Improvement to make it more attractive . No free trials available to know the usage. **What problems is Synoptix solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software helps to view most of the financial numbers, which is helpful for all stakeholders. For new users, it is straightforward to get adapt to the software. The best part is elementary to pull reports from the system.
