SyncSignature is an outstanding software service and incredible value for money (especially through AppSumo). The dashboard is intuitive, the starter templates cover most design needs, and handing off signatures to clients is a breeze (they get a simplified dashboard with clear installation instructions for various email clients). Compared to Exclaimer (which I've helped larger clients manage), SyncSignature is easier to use - though it obviously lacks server-side integration for Microsoft. Support is first-class: I've received a near instant response ia the dashboard chat on the two occasions I've had a question not covered in their documentation. And in these chats you get a clear sense that the developers are invested in the product, with exciting plans for future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside I've found with SyncSignature is that some template elements can't be edited quite as much as I would like, to achieve exactly the design I would like. But I've invariably created a signature my clients are happy with - and I'm hopeful this will continue to improve over time. Also that templates I've created can't be moved from one workgroup to another. But starting from scratch to recreate the design takes minutes, so this isn't a deal breaker.
