Hourglass Reviews & Product Details

Hourglass is a project delivery and profitability platform for MSPs, agencies and professional services teams. It brings time tracking, project budgets, resource planning and profitability reporting together in one place, helping teams see how projects are performing while they’re still running. With Hourglass, teams can track time against project budgets, plan engineer capacity, monitor budget consumption, identify delivery risks and understand project profitability without replacing their existing service desk or business systems. Hourglass is designed for small and growing service businesses that want clearer project visibility without the complexity and cost of a full PSA platform. Features include project scheduling, engineer planning, billable reporting, Microsoft 365 calendar integration, Xero integration, project profitability reporting, budget and RAG reporting, and AI-assisted reporting.
