We previously ran workflows on Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, but for a fast growing business these systems were lacking across various aspects. The transition to the GRID has resulted in streamlined processes and enhanced version control, and has helped digitize tracking of incoming data from B2B customers. The software's user-friendly interface has significantly improved our overall user experience, and has ensured access for a diverse user base. With the GRID, we now have end-to-end visibility into our supply chain operations, enabling us to track and optimize processes seamlessly from customer pricing to manufacturing and distribution. The GRID stands out in effective demand planning, a critical aspect for businesses in packaging. Its demand planning features offer valuable insights, and helps us in anticipating market needs and optimizing inventory levels with efficiency.
