What I like best about Superhuman Prospecting is their consistency and communication. They follow through on outreach, keep me updated, and make adjustments quickly when I need something changed. Their professionalism and responsiveness make the whole process feel supported and easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Prospecting?**

The main thing I disliked was the inconsistency in list utilization during the first campaign. Some contacts were dialed multiple times while a significant portion of the list wasn’t used. Making sure the full list is worked through evenly before repeating dials would improve the overall effectiveness of the outreach.

I’d recommend Superhuman Prospecting to businesses that need consistent outbound activity and help generating qualified appointments. They communicate well, adjust quickly, and make the outreach process easier to manage. Their transparency. It is super easy to log into the portal to see how many people they spoke to and the outcome.

I don't think their is anything I dislike. The service is excellent for the price.

We were looking to start an outreach campaign for vendors in our area to join our home services network. They did an excellent job creating a script, managing calls and meetings, and getting calls to convert to users.

Hands down the best outsourced cold calling agency you're going to find. They've got the process dialed in - U.S. based W2 callers, refined scripting, great tracking / CRM, the list goes on. We'll be referring them quite frequently. And Merry S (our acct manager) is absolutely world-class. Looking forward to the continued relationship.

While they do a great job with appointment setting for me and my clients, what I am super impressed with is their operational side, their quality control and their proactive campaign monitoring.  When things are not going well, they are watching it and proactively making adjustments and changes to the campaign to make it better even before I can send them an email suggesting changes.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Prospecting?**

It would be helpful it they offered a multi-channel outreach (email + calls) for the same price point as a calling campaign.  I am really missing the email element, but it is more than I want to spend in order to stay within my clients budget.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Prospecting:**

These guys have the most sophisticated processing, dashboard and reporting tools, and approach that I have seen.  Their appointment setting ability is usually better than then the industry average of 1% of all.  They do a great job and I am super happy with them.

I run a sales development agency for constuction supply companies and I outsource my cold outreach to SuperHuman Prospecting.  I don't have to worry about caller training, call documentation, quality control, etc.  They take care of all of that for me.  Its beautiful!
