I thought it was a great system when we were using it and I'm sure it has improved a lot. At the time, it was a powerhouse for all that it could achieve, and we probably only scratched the surface. I like the various ways you could set it up to work for you. Being able to create an asset and then set it up in a distribution plan was really helpful. It also created message IDs for us, which was beneficial for sourcing the asset later on. We integrated Coda with Make, which added to its utility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We stopped using it as a project management tool because we didn't find it met the needs for scalability reasons. At the time, it felt more like an asset management tool. We probably could have re-worked the setup, but it seemed like a big task, so we ended up moving to Wrike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
