What do you like best about SuperSend?

What do you dislike about SuperSend?

Product launches change the interface often, and it's not always clear what or when it falls on the client to know when to change or update settings because of that. What do you like best about SuperSend?

I love how SuperSend is super easy to work with, especially the customer support. Whenever I run into issues, their support team responds very timely and either resolves the problem or helps me set things up. They really take care of the back end, which means if I'm having trouble, I don't have to worry about it because I know they've got it. Another thing I appreciate is how they created a new feature we needed within twelve hours, which was essential for managing spending between teams and campaigns. Their support is great at setting up external email domains for me, even when technical issues arise, they get things done within 48 hours. The initial setup of SuperSend was super simple and quick, making it easy for my team to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuperSend?

It can be a little confusing looking at how many contacts are in or through a sequence versus how many sends that sequence campaign is sitting. For example, I have, say, 10,000 contacts going in, but it's a three email sequence. It'll say I've sent 30,000 emails. But, really, I can't tell how many people are in there if it's the start. It's like I have three people or 300 people in there. And it'll say that I've sent 900 because all 300 are going through three emails before loading another 300 batch into that sequence. What do you like best about SuperSend?

The builder itself is streamlined and intuitive, and I specifically enjoy the spintax function + optimized email send system. The product does a great job of turning aspects of email marketing that often require planning and labor into features that handle the tasks for you, leveraging the industry's current best practices. I've run a few small-to-medium campaigns with Supersend and have seen conversions multiple times.

Implementation wasn't too difficult, and the team was always very responsive with our questions. A good product worth a try for businesses that run outbound email! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuperSend?

Sometimes, the product gets buggy. Small issues will pop up, but are usually fixed with a refresh. The bad thing, though, is that there isn't any autosave, so if there's a bug that requires you to refresh and blocks the save button, you're losing your work. What do you like best about SuperSend?

I like how quick and seamless it was to set everything up with SuperSend. The dashboards provide all the needed metrics without having to navigate six or seven different places, making it very convenient. They also allow me to get better insights into what's working and what's not, and enable quick adjustments on the fly for campaigns and sequences. What do you like best about SuperSend?

I am a total marketing noob who decided to do cold outreach and was looking for ways to get started cheap.

The free 14-day trial was very appealing as I didn't want to pay for those 14 days of "lost time". Super accommodating and also let me get acquainted with the platform.

The sign-on flow was simple and I was able to get set up and warming emails in minutes from never having done it before.

I had a question about DMARC vs DKIM and support answered me while I was still learning about them!

I check my replies inbox daily for updates
