
I love how SuperSend is super easy to work with, especially the customer support. Whenever I run into issues, their support team responds very timely and either resolves the problem or helps me set things up. They really take care of the back end, which means if I'm having trouble, I don't have to worry about it because I know they've got it. Another thing I appreciate is how they created a new feature we needed within twelve hours, which was essential for managing spending between teams and campaigns. Their support is great at setting up external email domains for me, even when technical issues arise, they get things done within 48 hours. It can be a little confusing looking at how many contacts are in or through a sequence versus how many sends that sequence campaign is sitting. For example, I have, say, 10,000 contacts going in, but it's a three email sequence. It'll say I've sent 30,000 emails. But, really, I can't tell how many people are in there if it's the start. It's like I have three people or 300 people in there. And it'll say that I've sent 900 because all 300 are going through three emails before loading another 300 batch into that sequence.
