Streamlined, Intuitive Email Builder with Good Conversions and Responsive Support
The builder itself is streamlined and intuitive, and I specifically enjoy the spintax function + optimized email send system. The product does a great job of turning aspects of email marketing that often require planning and labor into features that handle the tasks for you, leveraging the industry's current best practices. I've run a few small-to-medium campaigns with Supersend and have seen conversions multiple times.
Implementation wasn't too difficult, and the team was always very responsive with our questions. A good product worth a try for businesses that run outbound email!

I like how quick and seamless it was to set everything up with SuperSend. The dashboards provide all the needed metrics without having to navigate six or seven different places, making it very convenient. They also allow me to get better insights into what's working and what's not, and enable quick adjustments on the fly for campaigns and sequences. The agility and ease of setup really make it stand out.
