**What do you like best about SunLync Select?**

It's VERY simple to use. Anyone can figure out how to use this program.

**What do you dislike about SunLync Select?**

The systems unreliability, especially when the program is attached to electric equipment.

**Recommendations to others considering SunLync Select:**

Restart the system every morning! Force close the application and you will definitely have less bugs and freezes

**What problems is SunLync Select solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This specific program controlled our equipment, no matter how updated it was, there would be malfunctions trying to use equipment. If the program froze, our in store equipment didn't function properly and sometimes didn't even turn on. Always rebooting it. Only benefits are the times when it did work, it worked great, and I was able to control all equipment from one computer.

**What do you like best about SunLync Select?**

easy to use, basic interface, helps easily place clients, elync system is nice to send emails between coworkers. not overly complicated, i like that it keeps track of clients tanning history and purchases, even dating back to previous years. finding customers is easy.

**What do you dislike about SunLync Select?**

sometimes takes awhile to load especially when starting up, could maybe use an update

its a great implementation

easily placing clients in bed, registering them, seeing previous tan history and sales history even dating back years
