**What do you like best about Summatti?**

Summat is a tool that seems to have been created to be customer-centric and make the interaction with our final users much more effective.

**What do you dislike about Summatti?**

The data analysis this tool seems to offer is to improve the communications with the customers to bring better and faster support. Would be nice to also help tracking not only communications but behavior around sites where valuable information can also be gathered.
