Sugester makes task delegating much easier - every task is addressed to a specific person and tracking is also very simple - tasks can be given different priorities, statuses and also deadlines. Sugester also allows linking multiple e-mail boxes so you can gather all emails in one place. I've also used live chat for communication with our customers which is a great convenience.
