The points and challenges keep me motivated, and it’s great seeing my colleagues getting involved too. It’s nice to have something that encourages both movement and mindfulness in a fun way. **What do you dislike about STOVE?** Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. The app works well. The only small thing is that workouts can take a little while to sync, and the points system can be a bit confusing at times. But it’s nothing major. **What problems is STOVE solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me, Strove solves the problem of staying motivated and accountable when it comes to health and wellness.
