**What do you like best about STOVE?**

I really like how Strove makes wellbeing feel rewarding. The points and challenges keep me motivated, and it’s great seeing my colleagues getting involved too. It’s nice to have something that encourages both movement and mindfulness in a fun way.

**What do you dislike about STOVE?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. The app works well. The only small thing is that workouts can take a little while to sync, and the points system can be a bit confusing at times. But it’s nothing major.

**What problems is STOVE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Strove solves the problem of staying motivated and accountable when it comes to health and wellness. It reminds me to move more, take time for mindfulness, and look after my overall wellbeing.
