The clear attendance and shift management dashboard is fantastic—it allows me to see everyone's on-duty status, leave records, and shift arrangements at a glance, saving time during manpower adjustments for analysis projects. The built-in employee directory is super handy, making cross-department communication more efficient by letting me quickly locate colleagues and their contact details. StoHRM's lightweight nature is also a plus, as it's straightforward and easy to learn without unnecessary modules, allowing new team members to get started quickly. The centralized notice board is effective for staying updated on energy industry regulations and company standards, which is crucial for compliance. Overall, StoHRM is reliable, simplifying routine personnel tasks and enabling our team to concentrate on operational work and market analysis. **What do you dislike about StoHRM?** The built-in reports only generate standard HR data such as monthly attendance rates, total leave days, and shift records. However, for our team’s operational planning and project review, we need combined reports that link personnel workload with research progress. StoHRM cannot create such multi-dimensional reports or add custom data fields. We have to export raw HR data first, then reorganize, calculate, and format content in spreadsheets. Introducing a drag-and-drop custom report builder, along with support for saving reusable report templates, would allow us to generate targeted analytics reports directly inside the system and greatly simplify project performance reviews. **What problems is StoHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use StoHRM to streamline team management, improve manpower planning, and ensure compliance, allowing me to focus on industry trend analysis and competitive research. ### 2.
