## Stitch Labs Reviews
  ### 1. Decent plug and play setup as a small company - but will not scale as you grow

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Out of the box works well with many standard industry tools (such as Shopify). Fully cloud-based solution.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Little ability to customize. It becomes very laggy and hard to use if you add more than 20 locations or process more than 10k orders in a day. Very basic and mostly unusable reporting. API is very unstable.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StitchLabs was our inventory management system. Track and manage orders through the fulfillment process. For certain channels (such as wholesale and B2B) StitchLabs was used as the order entry portal as well

  ### 2. Keep better track of your inventroy levels

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marion F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Stock controll is great and it is easy to change items in storage through csv export and import. Reporting is probably the best thing about stich labs, since you can check which items sold best and analyse deals you had ongoing. Therefore plan future actions. You can also compaare which channel you are selling the most and focus on them.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Some functions are available only with the premium edition which is rather costly, I think that should be changed. I would prefer a pricing model that take account to the volume processed with the application.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping inventory under control, manage and compare effectiveness of sales channels. But we use it also for invoicing, line sheets and warehouse to warehouse shipments.

  ### 3. Great connection with the marketplaces

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

A inventory tool that allows also to adapt the invoicing and sales management. The channel manager works perfectly and at a small cost. Scanning of products it's a fast and easy work. Product sheets are clear and detailed.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

The reports are not so clear like in other softwares and not so specific, so it's for example difficult to find a report of sales without taxes that I can send to my accounting office.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

I recommend to check often the right connection to the marketplaces and I also think that's necessary to set the prices often also manually to avoid bad performance sales.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calculate prices of the products, scanning products and setting generally prices also automatically on the marketplaces. Also the shipping process and generally the whole procedure in selling is supported.

  ### 4. Stitch Labs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** T. D. | Freelance Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

The best thing is that Stitch synchronizes our total inventory count between our 2 warehouses and our Amazon store. We love how it helps to keep track of orders as well - those fulfilled and those waiting. Stitch also gives us a database of customers we can keep in touch with to make their service top notch and helps us handle any returns quickly.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Sometimes it takes multiple clicks to complete one task and periodically slow when performing some tasks. The user interface icons are not always easy to figure out which means clicking on them to figure out where to go for what you are looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

This is a great tool for inventory management, order and customer tracking platform.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our inventory straight between our US and Canada warehouses and our Amazon store. Also tracking orders and customer feedback from our website and Amazon - in valuable information for any business.

  ### 5. Pretty seemless setup and Easy To Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

I love that you can do an import and all the history, orders and products come right in and link up. I love that you can set up your vendors and all of the products information in Stitch. I love that you can check order history, do return, barcode scanning and incredible amount of reporting and accounting right in the system.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

I don't like that you have to merge together products the way they have it setup could be a little easier. Some of the functionality for searching for products is a little tricky and removing duplicates or merging duplicates is complicated. I find myself having to get on with support often, but they help out so well.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

100% Worth Every Penny.

We were torn between stitch and 2 other inventory control companies. We like that they have multi-marketplace controls - and work with Stamps.com/Shipstation. It really makes everything super seemless.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory Control, Order Management, Returns Management, Reporting

  ### 6. Awesome order / inventory management!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2018

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Excellent order / inventory management plus lots of extras in all packages.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Lack of order prioritising. Clunky reporting. Can be a touch slow at times.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order management primarily, with some inventory management and purchase ordering.

  ### 7. Excellent order management and inventory control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Order management is highly granular, with a powerful system of detailing, invoicing, payment management, picking/packing and shipping.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Doesn't track history of emails sent, which can be problematic.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order management, invoicing, payment tracking and picking/packing/shipping.

  ### 8. Super useful, once you get the hang of it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2017

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

I love how powerful it is - you can track inventory, orders, run detailed sales reports, and connect multiple sales channels all in one application.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Integration with Amazon channels could use some work, and I absolutely HATE how on a contact's page, you have to click to see their most recent orders - it defaults to showing you their first few orders ever created, which is incredibly frustrating.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

Once you use it, you'll wonder how you ran your business without it. Also, their support team is incredibly helpful, and REALLY on top of it. If you email a question, they get back to you in generally a matter of minutes - I think the longest I've waited for a response was about an hour. And they're incredibly thorough.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory management, order management, general business upkeep. Staying organized and keeping track of our stock has made us incredibly efficient, and utilizing reports helps us see how to target growth in our business.

  ### 9. We Run On StitchLabs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2017

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

All in one order management & inventory management. Stitch Labs was vital as we were setting up our business without any experience in selling a consumer product either at the retail level or e-commerce.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Wish there was an easier way to pull inventory and mark them as an expense versus loss of goods.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

If you don't know anything about inventory and order fulfillment and just need an all-in-one solution that will speak to all the different sales channels, the StitchLabs is a must.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage inventory and efficiently fulfill orders is key and having a central hub in StitchLabs to do that saves us time and headache.

  ### 10. Easy, multi-functional inventory system

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

I like the ability to easily edit and track POs and Orders.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

At times the search functionality can take some time or doesn't direct me exactly where I need to be.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often interact with customers when they are wondering whether a product is in-stock or when it is coming back. StitchLabs allows us to check our multiple POS locations to see if we do in fact have any of that item in stock. We are also able to see when we are expected to get more of an item if it is out-of-stock. This is hugely helpful in keeping customers well informed as well as promoting our business.

  ### 11. great emerging platform look forward to smoother running and more advanced intergration options

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

I love how it syncs everything for the many platforms we use in one place. Its amazing how it can integrate different currencies and keeps tracks of multiple shopifys, amazon marketplace, etc. It works really well for us with remote employees everywhere and accounting abroad.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Automation and linking and some search does not work. They are still developing and its tough since we have a few different fulfillment centers for our orders and they have not been able to handle that just yet, forcing us to split off imported orders separately and then when we fulfill them it sends an automated email back that all items that have shipped!!

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

Leave ERPLY behind, its not changing fast enough. Stitch Labs does not 100% of the functionality we need but its clearly working hard to evolve and we see the changes in the short time we have been with them. They have very responsive service that work quickly to find solutions for problems you face. Their system is really adaptable and can be more easily customized to your needs compared to some of the other ERP systems

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its great for a modern company with different international e-comm sites, that also sells through amazon and other platforms. This is the main problem it is solving for us now, I look forward to utilize it more for inventory management in the future

  ### 12. Clean Platform for Multi-Channel Business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shanan M. | Manager of Operations, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Reporting functions are fantastic. Stitch offers several different reports to look at inventory and sales. I have been able to use the platform to create very functional demand planning. The inventory system is easy to update and interface with from the beginning. It is especially nice to see a platform that can do a lot and be functional and use friendly.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Integrating with Magento has been a challenge however, that could easily be attributed to an issue with our coding and is not necessarily due to Stitch Labs. The support team has helped us every step of the way.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

If you're looking for a platform that is easy to use for all users in your company, Stitch is a great choice. Although there are complicated reports and some set up to be done, there is a team available every step of the way. Stitch sets up four training sessions just to get started and covers all functions of the platform. They also provide instant chat with their "Stitchers" that allows you to have small, quick questions answered on the fly.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from using a Google Doc to capture all of our inventory information. However, as business has grown, we needed to implement a one stop shop for sales and inventory. Stitch has been great so far. We have integrated with several channels without issue. Integrating with Magento has been a bit of a challenge but the Stitch Success team has been working right along with us the entire time. That's the thing that put Stitch above other platforms, they're customer service has been top notch! I would definitely recommend the platform to other businesses.

  ### 13. Stitch Labs: The perfect solution to make BUSINESS make SENSE

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Stitch Labs is a truly innovative all in one solution for your business needs.
-Invoicing
-Packing
-Shipping

-Financials
-and much, much, much more
Features a wide open API that integrates into your sales channels, quickbooks, merchant services, and anything you can dream of.
Stitch labs is the best way for businesses, especially e-commerce, to put time and money back in their pockets.
Customer service is insanely fast, personal, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

For the moment I have no complaints about stitch.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

Support is your best friend. They are truly there to help you along every step of the way.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are trying to figure out what to do with all the spare time we have since we switched to stitch. We are contemplating a two week cruise.

  ### 14. stitch labs helped change my business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura. F. | Illustrator, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

the inventory management system for stitch is just so great. you get real time numbers coming out of your inventory and it's so easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

there's really not much to dislike! there's a lot of upfront work uploading everything, but really, that pays off in the end because you're able to see so much data about how and what you're selling - top sellers, monthly sales, etc.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organization organization organization. it's so hard to manage an inventory based business, and because stitchlabs is dedicated literally to just that, it understands the issues and needs for that type of business.

  ### 15. Large Businesses Beware

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles B. | Director of Purchasing & Inventory Control, Consumer Goods, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2015

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

The UI is clean and easy to navigate. It is very easy to find basic information within two clicks. The support staff is kind and trendy, but they are not always familiar of the needs of the retail community. They know the software well, but they do not seem to understand why our company needs what we need sometimes.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

For simple inventory management and reporting, this software is adequate. More complex functions either do not exist, or require customization that must be paid for. The ability to manipulate and create reports to suit your own needs does not currently exist. Though the staff is friendly, they do not seem very in tune with the needs of retailers. I have often asked for increased functionality only to get a response of, "We do not currently support that feature. We will make note that you requested it."

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

If you are wanting simple inventory tracking from one or two locations, with minimal product movement between warehouses and minimal integration with other software, this product is for you. The more complex the operation, the more upkeep and maintenance this software requires.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and management of sellable goods. Provides decent insight into various inventory values (i.e., On Hand, Committed, and Available). It has been useful to have a simple interface to train new employees on. Training often takes less than 3 hours to get a new employee up to speed.

  ### 16. Takes a lot of work, but information available

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

The information is accurate, once you get it in. It's not necessarily intuitive for resources who do not have an accounting or P&L background. I would like better services from the company (our contact is not very proactive in asking how the tool works for us). There is probably a better service level we can ask for, but we have not to date. It seems like they install and then just move on.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

It takes a lot of set up to get the information accurate. Not necessarily intuitive. I'm sure we could build better integrations with our eCommerce platform, but that would require more work and investment we haven't been prepared to make.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

Needs a more robust API to connect with our other systems. Find ourselves doing a lot of duplicate entry.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would like to see a better view of our inventory, COGS (cost of goods sold) and overall store P&L. We would like more automate reporting on thse metrics

  ### 17. Great for Small Businesses, Lacking functionality the bigger you get

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas W. | Ecommerce Manager, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2015

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Support is killer and the product is beautiful and simple to figure out.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

The product has lots of intermittent problems. We've had trouble with multiple aspects of this product unexplainably breaking.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

Support is great, but if you see your business growing, this product will not be your final solution.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Stitch to keep track of inventory in multiple warehouses, and it syncs with Shopify to control stock levels and send orders to shipstation for online fulfillment. It's great at allowing us to have multiple inventories that we can pull from based on different conditions. But it's inconsistent at delivering accurate data 100% of the time.

  ### 18. Great platform and easy to use and manage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan C. | Investor / Integrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Easy integration to all of the selling channels I use

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Didn't have the best mobile experience when testing on my phone.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to login to several selling platforms but to have everything in once place.

  ### 19. Owner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John J. | Owner, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Integration, use of use, GUI, central point of contact to handle all sales from multiple channels

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

significant price jump beyond the 2 channels

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

Very Helpful Staff

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent inventory control over multi-channels, nice single point to manage all sales

  ### 20. Everyday use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2015

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

Stitch is the best way to keep track of all online orders

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Stitch can be very confusing if not trained properly, but also have experienced a few glitches

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

Stitch is a great way to condense the information of your company. You get reports and keep all inventory and product information along with online order information

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer service problems, the benefits of Stitch is that we have all the information for all online orders and inventory levels in one system.

  ### 21. Decent product, customer service is extremely slow

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Co-Founder, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2016

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

The functionality is ok. It links products by SKUs will relative ease. There is some lag time occasionally with new variants showing up from other platforms such as Big Commerce.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

Having to wait for hours to get a call back on an important issue.

**What problems is Stitch Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing inventory on our website and in our stores so that we don't oversell a product.

  ### 22. Easy way to manage inventory across e-commerce platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2013

**What do you like best about Stitch Labs?**

I created an e-commerce website for a client. He needed a system to manage a single inventory with online retail sales and offline wholesale sales. After looking at many options, I decided to use Stitch and it has been incredible. It's a great way to manage multiple points of sale for ecommerce businesses. The contacts list, invoice creation, and weekly summaries are great additional features.

**What do you dislike about Stitch Labs?**

My only complaint is the inventory setup - changing product families is a hassle. Also, a way to group products within a product family would be very useful.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch Labs:**

Make sure to watch their inventory videos and think about the best way to structure your inventory. Once you have a system, it's great.
