The simplicity of the tool. It implements a very specific domain (sticky notes), and doesn't try to be something way more complicated. So many other tools add on a hundred other features until the core feels clunky and unfriendly to use. I'd like to be able to center text on sticky notes, and possibly in a perfect world, when a connection had a label, it would be nice if the connection broke as it hit the label, and then continued after, rather than the label being dissected by the connection.
