It uses interactive Gantt workload charts to manage and optimize the workload of resources engaged throughout the different projects of an organization. StakePoint integrates project tracking and Earned value management to make realistic project forecasts, uses a constant critical path model to make for better schedule understanding and introduces matrix type navigation to improve visibility across engagements, progress-curves and workloads. You can import and export MS-Project files without limit, create PDF files up to A0 size, and export about everything within StakePoint to Excel. You can use StakePoint as a stand-alone desktop application on both Mac and Windows or exploit its hybrid-cloud capabilities to collaborate over a simple MS-Access file, your company’s database or a DBaaS offering in the cloud. ## StakePoint Project-Portfolio Reviews ### 1. There is a free trial available so user can decide if that software works for them or not. It does progress tracking and task tracking as well. There is online support also available. It is also as a mobile application so you can use it anywhere and it doesn't hinder productivity. The graphics are good and it integrates with MS project. It can be used on both windows and mac. **What do you dislike about StakePoint Project-Portfolio?** Stakepoint project portfolio is a great software overall however there is still some room for improvement. As the company is France based so there is a french version too but documents are only available in English. Alerts need to do a better job. Overall its a great software and its pros outshine the cons **What problems is StakePoint Project-Portfolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stakepoint project portfolio is an incredible software to do project tracking and other things for your work. It is efficient and smooth in using. It is easy to use and easy to get started with. User can use to manage work deadline and it merges with Gant Chart well. ### 3.
