Oracle's Primavera Unifier is extremely helpful with organizing service requests for building improvements and repairs, particularly on a large scale, such as we deal with each day in our department. By using the software, we can create a streamlined workflow from the initial problem to the solution. There are very few things that I dislike about Unifier. The biggest complaint would be speed because it can occasionally take a while to load all requests, thus slowing down work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Following are some of the key features of Primavera that i like the most:

- the ability to easily automate most of the process,

- the flexibility of having both Cloud or on-premise deployment,

- effective cost control capabilities & earned value management analysis,

- easy to implement pluggins,

- simple visualization and easy to maintain and adjust plans,

- the ability to support multiple platforms,

- the ability to allows seamless collaboration across the project team in real time,

- the fact that it also provided facility management, maintenance management as well, the PM data can be seamlessly taken forward to operations,

- easy integration with ERP, CMMS, CRP and other enterprise solutions,

Nothing much to dislike, but the following improvements are recommended:

- the user interface views could be more clean and clutterfree (cascaded philosophy) could be better implemented;

- can provide more flexibility with licensing options to provide user flexibility to subscribe as per the requirement;

I have been using primavera for the last six years in Qatar. if you input cost and resource in the Program in right way then you will get correct output details within short time.Also you can analyse and control you project Status. if forget password is very difficult to open p6 program because their no option to find the password to open the program. for example if i forget my email password i can recover through some way but primavera you can not open without correct password.When i Assign my program; if i did little change in my activity id then i will not get coreect output. The best thing about this program is its use for the entire life cycle of a project, from the design stage, construction stage, operation, and maintenance stage. Its use manages costs, documents, time, and resources, creating a complete management portfolio for your project. It can also be a significant part of facilities and real estate management. Unifier is a completely customizable application as per our requirements.
