Speed of response, system administration, functionality, clarity of results. Excellent communication with the account manager.

No current downsides. Complications arise with personnel changes, currently the situation is stable.

**What do you like best about Staffino?**

Staffino is an interactive application, easy to use, each section can be found easily, the reports can be downloaded quickly and there is an option of excel or PDF. I also appreciate that when new sections or specific specific reports are needed, the staffino team always offers support.What would I recommend, for user friendliness, that certain sections of the platform be in the form of an image/icon or that at the time of logging in there should be pop-ups with information: “the NPS score for period x is/have x positive feedbacks”.Also, there could be a user guide in the platform.

**What do you dislike about Staffino?**

A minus in the platform is the formatting of the reports in excel, at least for Romania, they are downloaded with a lot of free spaces and this aspect complicates the reporting process.

**What problems is Staffino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this moment, Staffino helps to: improve the relationship between the company and the patient, but also the performance of the pharmacy staff. Also, the collection of this feedback brings to attention other specific situations in pharmacies for which we are trying to find solutions and this is reflected in the increase in the NPS score from the beginning of the project until now.

Even if the customer has not completed the questionnaire to the end and has not sent it, the draft version will be available in the system

Sometimes there are bugs in the system and it can take quite a long time for Staffino team to fix it
Relatively long support responses
When exporting data to XLS / CSV it would be great to be able to customize what exactly to export because the complete data contains a lot of empty columns

In our story, there were small lapses that are common but their efforts quickly corrected them.

Staffino is working with us on a customer experience project. They built complete CX system for us starting with customer satisfaction survey and ending with usefull KPI overwiev and explanation how to understand the data form CX survey in monthly business reviews.
We are benefiting especially with having information in real time about customer satisfaction/unsatisfaction - so we can immediately  solve it.

It is user friendly and easy to navigate on the platform. It allows me the ability to engage directly with my customers and to fix any issues experienced in real time. it also provides great feedback to our staff which is a great motivator. It brings to life the voice of the customer and allows our entire business to understand the customer in more detail and put them at the core of all our business decisions.

**What do you like best about Staffino?**

The most helpful about Staffino is that there is no need of any integration to the core system, friendly UX, easy way how to manage the work with feedback and great dashboards for managers.

**What do you dislike about Staffino?**

The UX could be still more helpfull than it is. I´d like to manage more settings of the applications itself without the need of the assistance from Staffino.

If you are looking for modern way how to manage a feedback from your customers - Staffino is definitely the possible option. You can provide to your customers easy way how to leave a feedback and you will have a tool where you can manage not just the feedback itself but also start intern discussion with employees or other staff.

Staffino allows us improve our operations on daily basis. We could find out possible problems in our processes more quickly and be more open to the outside world because customers can see the real emploeyee who are responsible for the enquiry handling.

We have not any problems yet. At the beginning of our cooperation we set up all setting, and from time to time we change and improve a new tasks. Staffino regularly modernizes its application and brings new tools. The Slovak customers perceive staffino more and more, use companies staffino rating and customers feedbacks. Our company expands our cooperation with Staffino with our other subsidiary.

Support team flexibility, customizable feedback flow and great user interface were things we liked most about using Staffino. They all ensured great feedback conversion rates.

There was nothing in particular that we disliked about using Staffino.

**Recommendations to others considering Staffino:**

The great thing about Staffino in my opinion is that they have experiences in a wide range of industries. Thus even though the solution we used at FutureNow was specific for us, if you are unsure about the applications available I am certain the Staffino team will be able to immediately provide best feedback collection practices for your particular industry. It is also important to understand what you expect to gain from feedback collection yourself and communicate those expectations to the Staffino team so that they can set up the product accordingly.

**What problems is Staffino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Staffino to gather post event feedback at our flagship event, the FutureNow Conference. Being the biggest tech & startup conference in Slovakia, it was important for us to reach out to our attendees and understand their experience in a way that could help us improve in the future. Gathering feedback through Staffino allowed us to do just that through a mixture of precise metrics and open verbatim.

**What do you like best about Staffino?**

Interesting graphic email solution for customers. Easy way to import data. I would like to describe more positives, but unfortunately negative experiences prevail.

**What do you dislike about Staffino?**

Long support responses. The price for the service is many times higher than the competition. Very unpleasant communication with the Staffino management after the end of the "trial". From my point of view, a very anti-customer approach. Instead of proposing a solution to the problem, Staffino used a force solution. I have never encountered such an approach. It took a very long time for Staffino to translate all the texts from Slovak into Czech. Many grammatical errors. They assured us several times that everything was OK, then we only collected feedback from our  customers on how we don't know standard Czech ...
We have a saying in the Czech Republic - "Little music for a lot of money". It's pretty good for Staffino.

Consider the pros and cons carefully. On the one hand a pleasant graphic solution, on the other hand not very good service and high price

Thanks to the Staffino solution, we have a better overview of the work of our employees and partners. We included this evaluation in the overall evaluation of the team. Because we have a similar assessment of competing services, we can compare.

Added value of the Staffino is, that it's available immediately after the contact with your branch. No invitation, no rules. Just feedback

It's not Staffino, it's people who are using it. Agents somtimes givethemself a great feedback to achieve better score/evaluation - this is a price to pay, when you trying to be transparent.

If you looking for flexible tool which will help you to collect feedback from your (non)customer, without any invitations from CRM, here it is. You can use it at kiosks, tablets, mobile, desktop - anywhere.

Best solutions for new mastery shopping on more than 300 pharmacies in Slovakia.
-  Best compensation for classic mystery shopping
-  Transparency
-  Real and sufficient sample of customers
- Detailed dashboards

I have nothing , only older users can have problems with ussing dashboards and work with them.

- pharmacy dissatisfaction

- monthly and yearly datas for busiines and operations planning and evaluating
