Staffino is an interactive application, easy to use, each section can be found easily, the reports can be downloaded quickly and there is an option of excel or PDF. I also appreciate that when new sections or specific specific reports are needed, the staffino team always offers support.What would I recommend, for user friendliness, that certain sections of the platform be in the form of an image/icon or that at the time of logging in there should be pop-ups with information: “the NPS score for period x is/have x positive feedbacks”.Also, there could be a user guide in the platform. A minus in the platform is the formatting of the reports in excel, at least for Romania, they are downloaded with a lot of free spaces and this aspect complicates the reporting process.
