Before we had a long and unproductive process doing this and now it's really simple and you can see everything you need within the portal including employee feedback. Peer-to-Peer Feedback - I think a great part of StaffCircle is giving your colleagues feedback when deserved. It allows everyone in the business to see if someone has done something great and helps with objectings and KPIs. Communication - It's nice having communication and updates in 1 place instead of having it on different platforms. I also like the idea of having different sections so It can have their own feed and another deparment can have theirs, then you aren't scrolling through everything to find what you need. **What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?** Having to use a 3rd party platform like Zapier for something as simple as sending a meeting invite to yourself and your line manager when you request time off. At the moment this is done manually because we scrapped Zapier since it's expensive. I'd like to see some more email functions put in place. The platform is user friendly and easy to use. I really like the features included within the package and the ability for us to offer feedback to areas of the business we'd not normally be able to. As a soley remote organisation it is really important to be able to provide feedback to others and show appreciation to people. Mainly is the fact the site is very clear where there are any clashes in time of with team mates. Also whilst the Feed and People tab is less used it's still conveninet for keeping up to date with changes in departments as well as any minor updates with the company that are sent out as company wide emails (how events have went etc.), **What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?** Whilst I see the use of the Task, objective and review portionsof the site these weren't initially clear on the difference between them and especially how to edit open reviews. Further the sentiment tab feels like a bit of clutter on the side bar for something I have only used once. **What problems is StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Main thing for me is keeping track of leave and scheduling monthly 1 to 1s. The former benefits me by preventing clashes in holiday which had previously been an issue in previous companies I've worked for. The latter whilst it took some explaining to figure out initially did proof to do well at allowing me to prepare questions ahead of a meeting.
