This ranges from my companies' policies, to appraisals and tasks set by my manager; just to name a few. I also like the feed screen, which allows me to keep up to date on everything going on in the company all in one place; without having to keep track of emails which often get buried at the bottom of my inbox. The feature I have mostly used has been the appraisal feature. This makes it easy for me to provide feedback on my job which my manager can then respond to. This has definitely streamlined the appraisal process which used to be done on paper. Having recently moved our Bi-annual appraisal process onto StaffCircle it has allowed us to cut the amount of time spent filling in feedback and creating KPIs (objectives). We are able to plan better as a business as the annual leave module allows us to track upcoming leave resulting in department managers having better visability of their teams capacity etc. StaffCircles customer success team provided effective training during my onboarding period to the platform and were always on hand should any questions or queries arise during my first few months of using StaffCircle. StaffCircle provides an excellent support service, any issues that we run into our easily picked up from their support team who provide fast and effective feedback. **What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?** I can't think of anything that I dislike about the platform, as previosuly mentioned the support service is extremely helpful. Any issues or improvements that we think of can be put on the 'User suggestions' page on their website, on here you can upvote for other suggestions and track progress. **What problems is StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** StaffCircle is helping us get company news out to all employees at the same time, we can track employee engagement through the platform and are able to publish employee engagement surveys. For performance management it allows us to keep objectives in the same place and allows people to see how their personal objectives are contributing towards their department and company objectives.
