Staff had various preferences in regards to engagement, some prefer emails, some teams messages and others simply prefer to use sharepoint and even text messages. With staff circle you hit eveybodys preference as notifications are sent out via email, teams, ont he platform itself and even direct to your emplyees phone! So there are no more excuses from staff to say they werent informed! With remote working now being a new way of worklife, Staff circle brings people together to share information, personal and work related, it allows staff to comment and provide feebdack, all our surveys are rolled out though Staff circle so we can get real time feedback on how we are doing. The appraisal process is all in one place and the reports that come from the system highlight departents that may be behind schedule, theres no more manual chasing for updates. Obejectives are set at a high level then shared at a depatmental level which then created persnal objectives for staff to work towards. The system has given us a place to set objectives we use as measurable goals when conducting our employee reviews. We now have a full 360 view of our employees by assessing an employee's current state, assigning training objectives, and evaluating role-based skills that allow us to determine which employees are ready for a promotion. We have been using the product for a year, and StaffCircle continues to roll out new features and enhancements that have improved the user experience. Our successful implementation would not have been possible without the excellent support team, especially our Customer Success Manager, Sian, she has been outstanding and always brings the right people to the table to solve development questions. We are excited with how quickly the system has developed in one year and can't wait to see all the new and exciting features they have planned for this year. **What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?** We are accustomed to products that can be customized for each customer so we struggle with the amount of time it can take to have a feature request enter the development phase. There are requests that are critical for us. Still, we have to follow the development life cycle that StaffCircle offers which is to submit a feature request.
