I have used it a few times for annual reviews etc. and now know to duplicate the commentary as it is very likely to get lost because of the way that it has been set up. I was the person who did the holidays and absence before we got staff circle and its great now to see that all staff deal with their own time off, it lets certain departments know that there may be cross overs of peoples holidays and how many days they have remaining.
